Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 24 de octubre de 2026.\u2014 Entre el aroma de las brasas, el humo de la le\u00f1a y una exquisita combinaci\u00f3n de sabores del mar y la tierra, visitantes y habitantes de Puerto Morelos disfrutaron del primer d\u00eda de la quinta edici\u00f3n del Festival Parrillero del Caribe, inaugurado por la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, acompa\u00f1ada por del Dr. Gediael Matos Villanueva en representaci\u00f3n de la presidenta honoraria del Sistema DIF Quintana Roo, Ver\u00f3nica Lezama Espinosa; y el chef Luis David S\u00e1nchez, organizador del magno evento.<\/strong><\/p>\n

En el emblem\u00e1tico entorno de Ventana al Mar y Parque Fundadores, el fuego de las parrillas, los aromas de los cortes de carne, pescados y mariscos, as\u00ed como la m\u00fasica en vivo, dieron vida a esta celebraci\u00f3n gastron\u00f3mica que re\u00fane talento local, nacional e internacional y fortalece la oferta tur\u00edstica del destino.<\/p>\n

Durante la apertura, el chef Luis David S\u00e1nchez Orea, director general del Festival Parrillero del Caribe, dio la bienvenida a las autoridades, chefs, parrilleros, patrocinadores y asistentes, agradeciendo el respaldo que ha permitido consolidar este encuentro desde su primera edici\u00f3n, en 2023.<\/p>\n

La presidenta municipal destac\u00f3 que el festival representa una oportunidad para mostrar la riqueza gastron\u00f3mica de Puerto Morelos, generar movimiento econ\u00f3mico y ofrecer experiencias que combinan la identidad caribe\u00f1a con la creatividad de especialistas de distintas regiones de M\u00e9xico y del extranjero.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u201cEn Puerto Morelos tenemos el privilegio de contar con un entorno natural extraordinario, una gastronom\u00eda que conquista los sentidos y gente trabajadora que todos los d\u00edas aporta al crecimiento de nuestro municipio. Nos llena de orgullo recibir a quienes vienen a disfrutar de esta gran fiesta, que impulsa nuestros negocios, promueve el talento de nuestros emprendedores y fortalece el turismo\u201d, expres\u00f3 Blanca Merari.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

La alcaldesa reiter\u00f3 que su administraci\u00f3n mantiene el compromiso de respaldar iniciativas que generen oportunidades para las familias portomorelenses y contribuyan a diversificar las experiencias que ofrece el destino, con condiciones de seguridad y atenci\u00f3n para residentes y visitantes.<\/p>\n

La quinta edici\u00f3n re\u00fane a 22 especialistas de Puerto Morelos y de entidades como Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Nuevo Le\u00f3n, Quer\u00e9taro y Jalisco, adem\u00e1s de invitados de Espa\u00f1a. La presidenta recorrio parte de los 40 stands con propuestas de parrilla, alimentos, bebidas y otras experiencias, as\u00ed como actividades para conocer diferentes t\u00e9cnicas de preparaci\u00f3n y cocci\u00f3n al fuego.<\/p>\n

La propuesta gastron\u00f3mica contempla 18 experiencias, entre clases y masterclasses de parrilla, catas de vino, cerveza artesanal y chocolate. Para esta edici\u00f3n se estima la preparaci\u00f3n de alrededor de mil 500 kilogramos de prote\u00edna, en una muestra de la diversidad culinaria que distingue al festival.<\/p>\n

El sabor y la convivencia se acompa\u00f1\u00f3 de una cartelera musical que llen\u00f3 de ritmo el primer d\u00eda del festival. Se presentaron Changora DJ Set, Oliver Escuder, Rock Pek, Diego Numa y Los \u00daltimos Rom\u00e1nticos, Altilium y La Sonora Bar\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de la actuaci\u00f3n estelar de Daniel Guti\u00e9rrez, vocalista de La Gusana Ciega, con su espect\u00e1culo Story Teller.<\/p>\n

El encuentro conserva su componente solidario en apoyo al Sistema DIF Quintana Roo, al destinar un porcentaje de los ingresos por boletaje a esta instituci\u00f3n, mismo que agradecieron la presidenta Blanca Merari y el subdirector del DIF Quintana Roo.<\/p>\n

Cabe destacar que en la edici\u00f3n de 2025 se entregaron 69 mil 439 pesos, como parte de las acciones que vinculan la iniciativa gastron\u00f3mica con una causa social.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Adem\u00e1s, la participaci\u00f3n de emprendedores y artesanos abre espacios para exhibir y comercializar productos, fortaleciendo la econom\u00eda local y ampliando las oportunidades de quienes contribuyen al desarrollo del municipio.<\/p>\n

La secretaria de Turismo Sustentable, Karina V\u00e1zquez D\u00edaz, resalt\u00f3 la contribuci\u00f3n a la promoci\u00f3n del turismo gastron\u00f3mico y a la derrama econ\u00f3mica en beneficio del comercio.<\/p>\n

La fiesta continuar\u00e1 este domingo 25 de octubre con nuevas experiencias parrilleras, propuestas culinarias y presentaciones musicales, por lo que Puerto Morelos invita a residentes y visitantes a disfrutar de un fin de semana en el que los sabores del mar y la tierra se encuentran con el calor de las brasas y la esencia del Caribe Mexicano.<\/strong><\/p>\n
