Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 22 de septiembre de 2026.\u2014 La presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz encabez\u00f3 la conferencia de prensa para presentar la Quinta Edici\u00f3n del Festival Parrillero del Caribe, que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo los d\u00edas 24 y 25 de octubre en Ventana al Mar y Parque Fundadores, con la participaci\u00f3n de 22 especialistas de Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Nuevo Le\u00f3n, Quer\u00e9taro, Jalisco y Espa\u00f1a.<\/strong><\/p>\n

El encuentro gastron\u00f3mico contempla clases y experiencias de parrilla, masterclass, catas, participaci\u00f3n de emprendedores y artesanos, adem\u00e1s de un programa de m\u00fasica en vivo, DJ y bandas locales e invitadas.<\/p>\n

Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, Blanca Merari destac\u00f3 que Puerto Morelos se distingue por su gastronom\u00eda, que combina con la naturaleza del destino, por lo que como en otras ediciones ser\u00e1 un \u00e9xito rotundo. Adem\u00e1s, de ser factor de impulso econ\u00f3mico para el comercio local y beneficio para las familias portomorelenses.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cNuestro compromiso como Gobierno Municipal es brindar seguridad. Estos dos d\u00edas queremos que la gente que venga se lleve la mejor de las experiencias y se sienta segura de poder venir y regresar a casa. Vamos a hacer lo propio con Tr\u00e1nsito, Protecci\u00f3n Civil y Bomberos, para que todas y todos puedan estar tranquilos\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

La Presidenta Municipal se\u00f1al\u00f3 que durante la edici\u00f3n 2025 se registraron m\u00e1s de 3 mil visitantes y que este a\u00f1o se tiene la expectativa de alcanzar 4 mil asistentes, adem\u00e1s de incrementar la participaci\u00f3n de chefs provenientes de otros estados y del extranjero.<\/p>\n

\u201cBuscamos este intercambio cultural y gastron\u00f3mico. Puerto Morelos hoy es reconocido tambi\u00e9n por su gastronom\u00eda local y queremos sacar lo mejor de todo ello para que quienes nos visiten disfruten y regresen\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Por su parte, El chef Luis David S\u00e1nchez Orea destac\u00f3 que esta quinta edici\u00f3n contar\u00e1 con especialistas provenientes de Quer\u00e9taro, Monterrey, Guadalajara y Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, as\u00ed como la participaci\u00f3n de parrilleros de Espa\u00f1a, con lo que se fortalece el car\u00e1cter nacional e internacional del festival. Se colocar\u00e1n 40 stands, 22 parrilleros y 18 de bebidas y otras experiencias parte de la propuesta gastron\u00f3mica se estima el consumo de alrededor de dos toneladas de prote\u00edna, entre cortes de carne, pescados y mariscos de diversas marcas. El programa contempla 18 experiencias durante los dos d\u00edas, entre ellas clases y experiencias de parrilla, masterclasses, catas de vino y cerveza artesanal, as\u00ed como una cata de chocolates.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, refiri\u00f3 por segundo a\u00f1o consecutivo, un porcentaje del boletaje ser\u00e1 donado al Sistema DIF Quintana Roo, como parte del car\u00e1cter social que acompa\u00f1a al festival.<\/p>\n

La secretaria de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Mejora Regulatoria, Elena Guti\u00e9rrez Brice\u00f1o, destac\u00f3 que el Festival Parrillero del Caribe representa tambi\u00e9n una oportunidad para impulsar la econom\u00eda local, al generar espacios para emprendedores y artesanos de Puerto Morelos.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cEste festival es mucho m\u00e1s que un festival gastron\u00f3mico; es mover la econom\u00eda de Puerto Morelos. Para esta quinta edici\u00f3n se contempla colocar un corredor artesanal donde participar\u00e1n nuestros artesanos y emprendedores\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Por su parte, la secretaria de Turismo Sustentable, Karina V\u00e1zquez D\u00edaz, invit\u00f3 a disfrutar de este encuentro, al destacar que representa una oportunidad para la convivencia y para incentivar el turismo gastron\u00f3mico, con una expectativa de derrama econ\u00f3mica en beneficio del comercio local.<\/p>\n

Alejandro Garc\u00eda, gerente de Operaciones de Grupo Daniel Ovad\u00eda en el sureste y gerente del restaurante Buba, agradeci\u00f3 el respaldo de las autoridades municipales para mantener este festival que, dijo, naci\u00f3 para quedarse en Puerto Morelos.<\/p>\n

Zuko Garc\u00eda Miranda, directora de Marketing y Comunicaci\u00f3n del Festival Parrillero, destac\u00f3 el talento art\u00edstico que se presentar\u00e1 durante las dos jornadas, con DJ, bandas locales, una agrupaci\u00f3n de Chile y la participaci\u00f3n de Daniel Guti\u00e9rrez, vocalista de La Gusana Ciega.<\/p>\n

Finalmente, la presidenta Blanca Merari subray\u00f3 que Puerto Morelos se prepara para recibir nuevamente a residentes y visitantes en una celebraci\u00f3n que combina gastronom\u00eda, turismo, cultura, m\u00fasica y emprendimiento, teniendo como escenario la identidad caribe\u00f1a del destino.<\/strong><\/p>\n
