{"id":37172,"date":"2026-09-28T13:17:10","date_gmt":"2026-09-28T19:17:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=37172"},"modified":"2026-09-28T13:17:10","modified_gmt":"2026-09-28T19:17:10","slug":"analizamos-la-factibilidad-de-infraestructura-para-puerto-morelos-blanca-merari","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/analizamos-la-factibilidad-de-infraestructura-para-puerto-morelos-blanca-merari\/","title":{"rendered":"ANALIZAMOS LA FACTIBILIDAD DE INFRAESTRUCTURA PARA PUERTO MORELOS: BLANCA MERARI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo a 28 de septiembre de 2026.\u2014 La presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz recibi\u00f3 en el Palacio Municipal al director general de la Comisi\u00f3n de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado (CAPA), H\u00e9ctor Segundo Masegosa Llanas, y a su equipo de trabajo, con quienes estableci\u00f3 canales de coordinaci\u00f3n institucional para dar continuidad a las necesidades de infraestructura h\u00eddrica y sanitaria de Puerto Morelos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Primera Autoridad Municipal destac\u00f3 la importancia de mantener una estrecha vinculaci\u00f3n con la instituci\u00f3n estatal para acompa\u00f1ar el crecimiento ordenado del municipio m\u00e1s joven de Quintana Roo y avanzar en la planeaci\u00f3n de los servicios b\u00e1sicos que requiere el desarrollo de Puerto Morelos.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEstamos trabajando de manera coordinada para analizar la factibilidad de la infraestructura que necesita Puerto Morelos y proyectar los servicios de agua y saneamiento de acuerdo con el crecimiento de nuestro municipio. La planeaci\u00f3n es fundamental para garantizar un desarrollo ordenado y sostenible\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Blanca Merari.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el secretario de Desarrollo Urbano y Ordenamiento Territorial, Rolando Melo Novelo, explic\u00f3 que, con base en los instrumentos de planeaci\u00f3n del municipio, las proyecciones de crecimiento poblacional y el desarrollo urbano, se contemplan proyectos a mediano y largo plazo que dar\u00e1n certeza de un municipio ordenado, sostenible y sustentable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, inform\u00f3 que durante la reuni\u00f3n se abordaron los procesos de planeaci\u00f3n para los proyectos de la infraestructura de drenaje sanitario y se revisaron los alcances de los proyectos presentados por la empresa concesionaria que opera en el municipio.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cNos encontramos en una regi\u00f3n privilegiada por nuestro acu\u00edfero que forma parte del Sistema K\u00e1rstico de la Pen\u00ednsula de Yucat\u00e1n, una red subterr\u00e1nea que es la principal fuente de agua potable que debemos cuidar y garantizar est\u00e9n libres de contaminaci\u00f3n, por ello, es de suma importancia esta reuni\u00f3n de proyecci\u00f3n del equipamiento y soporte que requiera el municipio\u201d, mencion\u00f3<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la reuni\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n participaron el secretario general del Ayuntamiento, Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Espinosa Pay\u00e1n; los secretarios de Obras P\u00fablicas, Mario Sal\u00ednas Castro, y de Servicios P\u00fablicos, Leonel Salazar Trejo, as\u00ed como el director de Catastro, Antonio Jim\u00e9nez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Finalmente, la presidenta municipal reiter\u00f3 que su gobierno trabaja de la mano con\u00a0 las instancias estatales y federales para impulsar proyectos que respondan a las necesidades actuales y futuras de Puerto Morelos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
