Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, a 8 de septiembre de 2026.- Previo a la rendici\u00f3n de su Segundo Informe de Gobierno, la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz refrenda que en Puerto Morelos las mujeres, ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes son prioridad de una administraci\u00f3n que trabaja para garantizar derechos, ampliar oportunidades y construir condiciones de bienestar para las familias.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A trav\u00e9s del Eje 2, Bienestar y Justicia Social para el Pueblo, el Gobierno Municipal ha consolidado una pol\u00edtica de atenci\u00f3n a las mujeres que combina protecci\u00f3n, salud, prevenci\u00f3n de la violencia y autonom\u00eda econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n

Entre las acciones m\u00e1s relevantes destac\u00f3 la Tarjeta Mujer Portomorelense y Tarjeta Mujer Leonense, primer programa social de Puerto Morelos operado completamente con recursos propios, que beneficia a 500 mujeres con un apoyo mensual para la adquisici\u00f3n de productos de la canasta b\u00e1sica. Esta iniciativa representa una Palabra Cumplida y fortalece la estrategia municipal para combatir la pobreza alimentaria.<\/p>\n

La presidenta municipal Blanca Merari indic\u00f3 que con la pol\u00edtica de apoyo a las mujeres tambi\u00e9n con el acompa\u00f1amiento de las iniciativas de la gobernadora Mara Lezama a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de las Mujeres de Quintana Roo, contempla capacitaci\u00f3n para el emprendimiento y la independencia financiera mediante programas como \u201cFinanzas que Transforman: Mujeres que Construyen\u201d y \u201cAprender a Emprender\u201d, que acercaron herramientas para desarrollar proyectos productivos, a mujeres portomorelenses para mejorar la administraci\u00f3n de recursos y fortalecer sus negocios.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

La presidenta municipal dijo que la pol\u00edtica de bienestar tambi\u00e9n tiene como prioridad proteger a ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, con acciones que fortalecen sus derechos, seguridad, educaci\u00f3n, alimentaci\u00f3n, salud emocional y desarrollo integral.<\/p>\n

\u201cPara garantizar la continuidad en educaci\u00f3n de las y los ni\u00f1os, establecimos como pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica la entrega de Becas Escolares Municipales a las y los ni\u00f1os con mejores promedios, premiando e incentivando su esfuerzo, siendo Palabra Cumplida uno de los proyectos prioritarios de nuestra administraci\u00f3n\u201d, asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en materia de protecci\u00f3n, la Estrategia Violeta, el fortalecimiento del GEAVIG, la Red de Resguardo y el M\u00f3dulo M\u00f3vil de Informaci\u00f3n y Atenci\u00f3n consolidan una red de prevenci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n frente a la violencia de g\u00e9nero, con acompa\u00f1amiento jur\u00eddico y psicol\u00f3gico para mujeres que enfrentan situaciones de vulnerabilidad.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, subray\u00f3 que su gobierno mantiene acciones para promover el cuidado de la salud de las mujeres, particularmente en cuanto a prevenci\u00f3n y detecci\u00f3n oportuna del c\u00e1ncer de mama, mediante jornadas de salud, la Carrera Rosa y el ejercicio de donaci\u00f3n de Trenzas y adem\u00e1s de acciones de prevenci\u00f3n del embarazo adolescente y promoci\u00f3n de los derechos sexuales y reproductivos.<\/p>\n

A trav\u00e9s del SIPINNA, se impulsa la coordinaci\u00f3n entre instituciones para prevenir situaciones de riesgo y garantizar la protecci\u00f3n de la ni\u00f1ez y adolescencia. En escuelas de Puerto Morelos y Leona Vicario se desarrollan pl\u00e1ticas, talleres y actividades de prevenci\u00f3n sobre maltrato infantil, abuso sexual, convivencia sana, derechos de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes y protocolos de actuaci\u00f3n ante situaciones de riesgo.<\/p>\n

\n

Asimismo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el municipio tambi\u00e9n fortalece la participaci\u00f3n de las nuevas generaciones mediante iniciativas como la Red de Capitanas y Capitanes de la Transformaci\u00f3n 2026, impulsada por el Sistema DIF Quintana Roo, as\u00ed como actividades deportivas, culturales y comunitarias que promueven valores, inclusi\u00f3n, convivencia y participaci\u00f3n infantil.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

De igual manera, mediante el CADI El Principito se brinda atenci\u00f3n integral a hijas e hijos de madres y padres que trabajan o estudian, generando condiciones de cuidado, alimentaci\u00f3n, educaci\u00f3n inicial y desarrollo en un entorno seguro.<\/p>\n

Con esta visi\u00f3n, Blanca Merari sostiene que la justicia social comienza por proteger a quienes m\u00e1s lo necesitan y que gobernar significa generar oportunidades desde la infancia, respaldar a las mujeres y fortalecer a las familias.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed, rumbo a la rendici\u00f3n de su Segundo Informe de Gobierno, Puerto Morelos avanza con una pol\u00edtica social que no deja atr\u00e1s a las mujeres ni a las infancias, y que convierte los derechos, el bienestar y la inclusi\u00f3n en acciones concretas de gobierno.<\/strong><\/p>\n
