{"id":36685,"date":"2026-08-26T15:36:49","date_gmt":"2026-08-26T21:36:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=36685"},"modified":"2026-08-26T15:36:49","modified_gmt":"2026-08-26T21:36:49","slug":"coloca-blanca-merari-la-primera-piedra-del-primer-centro-de-bienestar-animal-de-puerto-morelos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/coloca-blanca-merari-la-primera-piedra-del-primer-centro-de-bienestar-animal-de-puerto-morelos\/","title":{"rendered":"COLOCA BLANCA MERARI LA PRIMERA PIEDRA DEL PRIMER CENTRO DE BIENESTAR ANIMAL DE PUERTO MORELOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo a 26 de agosto de 2026.\u2014 Con el compromiso de construir un municipio m\u00e1s responsable, humano y respetuoso con los animales, la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz coloc\u00f3 la primera piedra del que ser\u00e1 el primer Centro de Bienestar Animal en la historia de Puerto Morelos, una obra que responde a una necesidad social y que contribuir\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n a fortalecer las acciones de salud p\u00fablica y prevenci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cHoy, no empezamos solo la construcci\u00f3n de una obra de infraestructura f\u00edsica; estamos construyendo una respuesta responsable y humana ante una realidad que nos preocupa y nos ocupa: la existencia de perros y gatos en situaci\u00f3n de abandono, maltrato o vulnerabilidad\u201d, destac\u00f3 la Presidenta Municipal.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La obra se desarrollar\u00e1 en dos etapas. La primera, que inicia este 2026, representa una inversi\u00f3n de 6 millones de pesos y se construir\u00e1 en un predio propiedad del municipio. La segunda etapa continuar\u00e1 en 2027, con el objetivo de consolidar un espacio completo, digno y funcional para atender las necesidades de bienestar animal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Blanca Merari subray\u00f3 que el nuevo Centro contar\u00e1 con infraestructura para brindar atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dico-veterinaria, resguardo temporal, esterilizaci\u00f3n, vacunaci\u00f3n y recuperaci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de impulsar la adopci\u00f3n responsable de perros y gatos, adem\u00e1s de fomentar acciones de prevenci\u00f3n de enfermedades zoon\u00f3ticas.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cPorque cuando hablamos de bienestar animal, tambi\u00e9n hablamos de salud p\u00fablica, de prevenci\u00f3n y de responsabilidad social. En 2027, estaremos entregando esta gran obra como una \u2018Palabra Cumplida\u2019 m\u00e1s, rumbo al cierre de la administraci\u00f3n. Hoy colocamos una primera piedra, muy simb\u00f3lica pero tambi\u00e9n significativa\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas, Mario Salinas Castro, explic\u00f3 que la primera etapa contempla la construcci\u00f3n de 277 metros cuadrados de infraestructura especializada, moderna y funcional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Detall\u00f3, que el inmueble ser\u00e1 de un nivel y contar\u00e1 con consultorios equipados para medicina preventiva, quir\u00f3fano, \u00e1rea de recuperaci\u00f3n postoperatoria, espacios para campa\u00f1as de esterilizaci\u00f3n y vacunaci\u00f3n, recepci\u00f3n, administraci\u00f3n, servicios y un \u00e1rea de esparcimiento al aire libre, orientada al adiestramiento, ejercicio y preparaci\u00f3n para la adopci\u00f3n responsable.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cHoy iniciamos una obra de empat\u00eda y de justicia que transforma nuestro municipio. Con la colocaci\u00f3n de este primer cimiento damos marcha al nuevo Centro de Bienestar Animal de Puerto Morelos, no solamente colocamos una primera piedra; hoy colocamos los cimientos de una nueva cultura en Puerto Morelos, una cultura donde proteger, cuidar y respetar tambi\u00e9n significa una comunidad m\u00e1s sana, m\u00e1s segura y humana\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Salinas Castro explic\u00f3 que los trabajos comenzar\u00e1n con el trazo, nivelaci\u00f3n del terreno, excavaci\u00f3n y preparaci\u00f3n de las \u00e1reas de cimentaci\u00f3n. La estructura contar\u00e1 con una cimentaci\u00f3n mixta de mamposter\u00eda y zapatas aisladas, adem\u00e1s de los elementos estructurales necesarios para garantizar seguridad, calidad y funcionalidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, indic\u00f3 que posteriormente se realizar\u00e1n los trabajos de construcci\u00f3n de muros y losas, instalaci\u00f3n de redes hidr\u00e1ulicas y sanitarias, as\u00ed como acabados, recubrimientos, pisos y canceler\u00eda, hasta completar las distintas \u00e1reas que permitir\u00e1n el funcionamiento adecuado del Centro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Presidenta Municipal reconoci\u00f3 el trabajo de la Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente, Bienestar Animal y Movilidad Sustentable, del Instituto Municipal de Planeaci\u00f3n (IMPLAN), que particip\u00f3 en el dise\u00f1o del proyecto, as\u00ed como de la Secretar\u00eda de Obras P\u00fablicas y de todas las personas que durante a\u00f1os han levantado la voz para solicitar mayor atenci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n para los animales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el acto participaron Romina Solorio Espinoza, presidenta del Cabildo Infantil; Keitany Franco Rodr\u00edguez, regidora infantil; Gerardo Rosas Garc\u00eda, secretario de Medio Ambiente, Bienestar Animal y Movilidad Sustentable; V\u00edctor Arag\u00f3n, director del IMPLAN; Leonel Salazar Trejo, secretario de Servicios P\u00fablicos, as\u00ed como funcionarios municipales y ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Finalmente, la Alcaldesa indic\u00f3 que el Gobierno de Puerto Morelos avanza en la construcci\u00f3n de infraestructura p\u00fablica que atiende una demanda de la comunidad y fortalece una visi\u00f3n integral del bienestar, al refrendar que, una vez concluida la obra, podr\u00e1 decirse nuevamente: Palabra Cumplida.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
