{"id":36509,"date":"2026-08-17T16:41:00","date_gmt":"2026-08-17T22:41:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=36509"},"modified":"2026-08-17T16:41:00","modified_gmt":"2026-08-17T22:41:00","slug":"fortalecen-en-puerto-morelos-participacion-ciudadana-y-transparencia-con-comite-de-contraloria-social","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/fortalecen-en-puerto-morelos-participacion-ciudadana-y-transparencia-con-comite-de-contraloria-social\/","title":{"rendered":"FORTALECEN EN PUERTO MORELOS PARTICIPACI\u00d3N CIUDADANA Y TRANSPARENCIA CON COMIT\u00c9 DE CONTRALOR\u00cdA SOCIAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo a 17 de agosto de 2026.\u2014 La presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz refrend\u00f3 el compromiso de su gobierno con la transparencia, la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas y la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana, con la integraci\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 de Contralor\u00eda Social una obra prioritaria para la construcci\u00f3n de pasos escolares seguros en las inmediaciones del Jard\u00edn de Ni\u00f1os 5 de Mayo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La alcaldesa destac\u00f3 que la participaci\u00f3n de las y los ciudadanos constituye un componente fundamental para garantizar que las obras p\u00fablicas respondan a las necesidades reales de la comunidad y se ejecuten con calidad y transparencia.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa participaci\u00f3n ciudadana es fundamental en la ejecuci\u00f3n de las obras que hemos marcado como prioritarias y que representan un amplio beneficio para las y los portomorelenses. Los pasos escolares seguros son precisamente eso: infraestructura pensada para proteger a nuestras ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os y dar tranquilidad a sus familias; por eso queremos que la ciudadan\u00eda participe, vigile y sea parte de este proceso\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Blanca Merari.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Luego de la convocatoria emitida por la Direcci\u00f3n de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana, qued\u00f3 formalmente integrado el Comit\u00e9 de Contralor\u00eda Social, que tiene la responsabilidad de dar seguimiento y vigilar la ejecuci\u00f3n de los trabajos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El comit\u00e9 qued\u00f3 conformado por Genny Magdalena Fuentes de Dios, como presidenta; Isabel P\u00e9rez Gemares, secretaria; \u00c1ngel Andr\u00e9s Antonio, vocal de Control y Vigilancia; Roc\u00edo Marcial P\u00e9rez, primera vocal; Miriam Ram\u00edrez L\u00f3pez, segunda vocal, y Mar\u00eda Ku P\u00e9rez, tercera vocal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la integraci\u00f3n, Asael Vegovi, de la Direcci\u00f3n de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana, explic\u00f3 a las y los representantes ciudadanos las funciones que desempe\u00f1an como vigilantes de la obra, entre ellas realizar observaciones y planteamientos sobre los trabajos, con el prop\u00f3sito de contribuir a que la infraestructura cumpla con su objetivo y tenga la mejor funcionalidad para la comunidad escolar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el regidor Antonio Chuc Pech agradeci\u00f3 a las y los vecinos su disposici\u00f3n, tiempo y esfuerzo para participar en este ejercicio de vigilancia ciudadana, al tiempo que destac\u00f3 que involucrarse activamente en las acciones de gobierno permite fortalecer la comunicaci\u00f3n entre autoridades y ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSer parte activa de las acciones de gobierno nos permite mantener una comunicaci\u00f3n estrecha con nuestras vecinas y vecinos, conocer de cerca sus necesidades y, sobre todo, trabajar juntos para que las obras que se realizan realmente respondan a lo que la comunidad requiere\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La integraci\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 de Contralor\u00eda Social representa un paso m\u00e1s en el fortalecimiento de los mecanismos de transparencia y participaci\u00f3n ciudadana impulsados por el gobierno de Blanca Merari, particularmente en obras de beneficio directo para las familias y la comunidad educativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En el acto estuvieron presentes Jonathan Morales, de la Secretar\u00eda Anticorrupci\u00f3n y Buen Gobierno de Quintana Roo; An\u00edbal C\u00e1rdenas, de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica del \u00d3rgano Interno de Control; Ana Luisa Betancourt Canul, directora de Desarrollo Social y Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana, as\u00ed como
