{"id":36492,"date":"2026-08-13T14:52:15","date_gmt":"2026-08-13T20:52:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=36492"},"modified":"2026-08-13T14:52:15","modified_gmt":"2026-08-13T20:52:15","slug":"fortalece-blanca-merari-la-profesionalizacion-policial-para-consolidar-la-paz-y-la-seguridad-en-puerto-morelos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/fortalece-blanca-merari-la-profesionalizacion-policial-para-consolidar-la-paz-y-la-seguridad-en-puerto-morelos\/","title":{"rendered":"FORTALECE BLANCA MERARI LA PROFESIONALIZACI\u00d3N POLICIAL PARA CONSOLIDAR LA PAZ Y LA SEGURIDAD EN PUERTO MORELOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>*Veinte elementos de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana de Puerto Morelos participan en el Curso-Taller estrategia que fortalecer\u00e1 la prevenci\u00f3n del delito y la atenci\u00f3n a la ciudadan\u00eda<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 13 de agosto de 2026.\u2014 La construcci\u00f3n de un municipio m\u00e1s seguro requiere instituciones s\u00f3lidas, polic\u00edas mejor preparados y una estrecha coordinaci\u00f3n entre los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno, afirm\u00f3 la presidenta municipal, Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, al atestiguar el inicio del Curso-Taller del Modelo de Polic\u00eda Orientada a la Soluci\u00f3n de Problemas (POP), en el que participan 20 elementos de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La alcaldesa destac\u00f3 que esta capacitaci\u00f3n representa un paso m\u00e1s en la estrategia integral que impulsa su administraci\u00f3n para consolidar una polic\u00eda profesional, cercana a la ciudadan\u00eda y con mayores herramientas para prevenir la delincuencia y atender de manera eficaz las causas que generan la incidencia delictiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el arranque de la capacitaci\u00f3n, la alcaldesa agradeci\u00f3 el respaldo del Gobierno del Estado, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana, as\u00ed como el trabajo coordinado con la Mesa de Seguridad y Construcci\u00f3n de Paz, que incluy\u00f3 a Puerto Morelos en este importante programa de formaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Este curso permitir\u00e1 identificar con mayor precisi\u00f3n la incidencia delictiva y dise\u00f1ar estrategias espec\u00edficas para atender las problem\u00e1ticas que enfrenta cada comunidad. Mi reconocimiento a las y los elementos que hoy asumen este compromiso de preparaci\u00f3n, porque ese esfuerzo adicional se traducir\u00e1 en una mejor atenci\u00f3n para las y los ciudadanos&#8221;, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, la instructora de Estrategia Municipal, Adriana Loche, explic\u00f3 que el Modelo POP fortalece las capacidades de las corporaciones para identificar los delitos y los factores sociales que influyen en su comisi\u00f3n, permitiendo desarrollar estrategias innovadoras para prevenirlos y atenderlos de manera integral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que, con base en experiencias obtenidas en otros municipios donde ya se implementa esta metodolog\u00eda, se espera alcanzar una disminuci\u00f3n de hasta 35 por ciento en la incidencia delictiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A su vez, el secretario municipal de Seguridad Ciudadana, Tte. de nav\u00edo Alejandro Nava Garc\u00eda, inform\u00f3 que Puerto Morelos fue seleccionado para participar en este proceso de capacitaci\u00f3n junto con los municipios de Benito Ju\u00e1rez, Isla Mujeres, Cozumel y Playa del Carmen, como parte de la estrategia estatal para implementar el Modelo POP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Detall\u00f3 que el curso contempla diversas etapas de formaci\u00f3n y concluir\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo 25 de noviembre. Adem\u00e1s, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n se incorpor\u00f3 personal de los juzgados municipales, con el prop\u00f3sito de complementar las estrategias de prevenci\u00f3n, atenci\u00f3n y soluci\u00f3n de problemas relacionados con la seguridad p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Blanca Merari, luego de agradecer la presencia del regidor Gonzalo Calder\u00f3n Poot, reiter\u00f3 que en Puerto Morelos la seguridad se construye con instituciones fuertes, polic\u00edas capacitados y trabajo coordinado. \u201cCada acci\u00f3n de profesionalizaci\u00f3n
