Para un municipio joven, con un dinamismo tur\u00edstico innegable y en pleno crecimiento como el nuestro, esta calificaci\u00f3n representa confianza absoluta para invertir, confianza en sus instituciones y, sobre todo, confianza en la gente&#8221;, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Alcaldesa subray\u00f3 que uno de los principales factores considerados por HR Ratings fue el nulo endeudamiento del Ayuntamiento durante el periodo analizado, adem\u00e1s de la expectativa de mantener esa pol\u00edtica de disciplina financiera en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;En Puerto Morelos no gastamos lo que no tenemos. Administramos el dinero del pueblo con honestidad y m\u00e1xima responsabilidad, devolvi\u00e9ndolo a la sociedad en mejores servicios p\u00fablicos, mayor seguridad y m\u00e1s bienestar para todas y todos&#8221;, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, destac\u00f3 que, a casi dos a\u00f1os de haber iniciado su segundo periodo al frente de la administraci\u00f3n municipal, este reconocimiento representa un avance concreto en el cumplimiento del Plan Municipal de Desarrollo y de los 15 proyectos prioritarios planteados para esta gesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este resultado da cumplimiento al Eje 3: Oportunidades para Todas y Todos, espec\u00edficamente a la Estrategia 7.1 &#8220;Fomentar las inversiones en Puerto Morelos&#8221;, mediante la L\u00ednea de Acci\u00f3n 7.1.1, que establece mejorar la calificaci\u00f3n crediticia de las finanzas p\u00fablicas para brindar certeza a inversionistas nacionales e internacionales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el tesorero municipal, Jos\u00e9 Luis Ciau Xiu, explic\u00f3 que la evaluaci\u00f3n realizada por HR Ratings comprendi\u00f3 el an\u00e1lisis financiero del ejercicio fiscal 2022 al mes de marzo de 2026 y que el dictamen fue emitido el pasado 16 de junio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Detall\u00f3 que la calificadora otorg\u00f3 la nota HR AA- con Perspectiva Estable, derivado del nulo endeudamiento observado durante los a\u00f1os analizados, as\u00ed como del crecimiento promedio anual de 12.4 por ciento en los ingresos de libre disposici\u00f3n del municipio.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Esta calificaci\u00f3n fortalece la confianza de la ciudadan\u00eda, del sector financiero y de los inversionistas nacionales e internacionales, ya que acredita un manejo responsable, transparente y sostenible de las finanzas p\u00fablicas municipales, uno de los principales compromisos de la presidenta Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz&#8221;, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el evento acompa\u00f1aron a la Presidenta Municipal el coordinador de Asesores del Ayuntamiento, Alberto Arelle Segent, en representaci\u00f3n del s\u00edndico municipal, Carlo Fonseca; la titular del \u00d3rgano Interno de Control, Leticia Ram\u00edrez Cetina; y el oficial mayor, Rodrigo Ruiz \u00c1lvarez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Tambi\u00e9n asistieron secretarios del
