Cuando cada servidor p\u00fablico fortalece sus habilidades, tambi\u00e9n fortalecemos el servicio que brindamos a la comunidad&#8221;, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, Dianela Loria del \u00c1rea de Capacitaci\u00f3n, reconoci\u00f3 el compromiso de las y los trabajadores municipales que participaron en esta jornada de aprendizaje, al dedicar tiempo a su preparaci\u00f3n para mejorar el desempe\u00f1o de sus funciones.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Cada capacitaci\u00f3n representa una oportunidad para crecer profesionalmente, fortalecer el trabajo en equipo y construir un ambiente laboral basado en el respeto, la comunicaci\u00f3n y la colaboraci\u00f3n, siempre con el objetivo de brindar un mejor servicio a la ciudadan\u00eda&#8221;, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El curso fue impartido por Jos\u00e9 Israel Amaya V\u00e1zquez, de la Universidad Linda Vista de Chiapas, mediante una din\u00e1mica interactiva en la que las y los asistentes reflexionaron sobre la importancia de la sinergia laboral, entendida como la cooperaci\u00f3n coordinada entre los integrantes de un equipo para alcanzar resultados superiores a los que se obtendr\u00edan de manera individual.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n se destac\u00f3 que el trabajo en equipo constituye una filosof\u00eda organizacional que impulsa el compromiso con los objetivos institucionales, favorece una mayor productividad, fortalece la capacidad para resolver problemas, estimula la innovaci\u00f3n mediante el intercambio de ideas y contribuye a generar entornos laborales m\u00e1s saludables, reduciendo el estr\u00e9s y mejorando el desempe\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, se enfatiz\u00f3 que la unidad de pensamiento orientada hacia un objetivo com\u00fan permite consolidar equipos m\u00e1s eficientes y comprometidos, capaces de responder con mayor calidad y oportunidad a las necesidades de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Finalmente, el titular de Recursos Humanos indic\u00f3 que el gobierno de la presidenta Blanca Merari reafirma su compromiso de impulsar la capacitaci\u00f3n continua de las y los servidores p\u00fablicos, convencido de que un equipo preparado, motivado y coordinado se traduce en mejores servicios y resultados para las familias de Puerto Morelos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
