{"id":36334,"date":"2026-07-30T15:35:26","date_gmt":"2026-07-30T21:35:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=36334"},"modified":"2026-07-30T15:35:26","modified_gmt":"2026-07-30T21:35:26","slug":"encabeza-blanca-merari-ceremonia-civica-por-el-215-aniversario-luctuoso-de-miguel-hidalgo-y-costilla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/encabeza-blanca-merari-ceremonia-civica-por-el-215-aniversario-luctuoso-de-miguel-hidalgo-y-costilla\/","title":{"rendered":"ENCABEZA BLANCA MERARI CEREMONIA C\u00cdVICA POR EL 215 ANIVERSARIO LUCTUOSO DE MIGUEL HIDALGO Y COSTILLA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 30 de julio de 2026.\u2014 Al encabezar la ceremonia c\u00edvica con motivo del 215 aniversario luctuoso de Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla, la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz hizo un llamado a mantener vivos los ideales de libertad, justicia y amor por la patria que dieron origen al movimiento de Independencia y que hoy contin\u00faan guiando la construcci\u00f3n de un M\u00e9xico democr\u00e1tico y soberano.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el acto c\u00edvico, celebrado en la explanada del Palacio Municipal, la Alcaldesa destac\u00f3 que el iniciador de la Independencia no solo encabez\u00f3 la lucha por la emancipaci\u00f3n de M\u00e9xico, sino que impuls\u00f3 profundas transformaciones sociales, como la abolici\u00f3n de la esclavitud y la defensa de la libertad de los pueblos.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;La lucha cuerpo a cuerpo que inici\u00f3 Hidalgo no fue un movimiento irracional; por el contrario, fue producto del enorme conocimiento pol\u00edtico, teol\u00f3gico y filos\u00f3fico que ten\u00eda. Hoy nuestro pa\u00eds no existir\u00eda ni hoy ser\u00edamos M\u00e9xico sin la lucha por la libertad y el amor por estas tierras que el Cura de Dolores profesaba&#8221;, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la ceremonia, la directora del Instituto Municipal de Educaci\u00f3n, Sara Eugenia S\u00e1nchez Canul, present\u00f3 la rese\u00f1a hist\u00f3rica de la fecha, en la que record\u00f3 que Miguel Hidalgo se uni\u00f3 a la conspiraci\u00f3n independentista junto con Ignacio Allende, Mariano Abasolo, los hermanos Aldama, el corregidor Miguel Dom\u00ednguez y do\u00f1a Josefa Ortiz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Explic\u00f3 que, al descubrirse la conspiraci\u00f3n, los insurgentes adelantaron el levantamiento armado y, la madrugada del 16 de septiembre de 1810, Hidalgo convoc\u00f3 al pueblo mediante el repique de la campana de la parroquia de Dolores, Guanajuato, iniciando la lucha por la Independencia de M\u00e9xico, la cual se prolong\u00f3 durante once a\u00f1os, que culmin\u00f3 con la consumaci\u00f3n de la independencia el 27 de septiembre de 1821. Asimismo, record\u00f3 que entre las principales reformas promovidas por el Padre de la Patria figuraban la abolici\u00f3n de la esclavitud y la distribuci\u00f3n de la tierra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Previamente, el oficial mayor, Rodrigo Ruiz \u00c1lvarez, dio la bienvenida a las y los asistentes y destac\u00f3 que conmemorar esta fecha fortalece la identidad nacional y refrenda el compromiso de las y los servidores p\u00fablicos de actuar con honestidad, respeto y vocaci\u00f3n de servicio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como parte del homenaje, la presidenta municipal e integrantes del pres\u00eddium colocaron una ofrenda floral al pie del asta bandera, mientras el L\u00e1baro Patrio fue izado a media asta en se\u00f1al de duelo nacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>A la ceremonia asistieron el subdelegado de Central Vallarta, Alejandro Montoya; el director de Recursos Humanos, Juli\u00e1n Santos Medina Cab; el director de la Polic\u00eda Municipal de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana, Joaqu\u00edn Poot Acosta; la directora de Servicios Municipales y Log\u00edsticos, Jaquelin Ruiz Aguirre; el regidor Gonzalo Poot Calder\u00f3n, as\u00ed como servidoras y servidores p\u00fablicos y ciudadan\u00eda en general.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
