{"id":36324,"date":"2026-07-29T15:31:06","date_gmt":"2026-07-29T21:31:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=36324"},"modified":"2026-07-30T15:32:30","modified_gmt":"2026-07-30T21:32:30","slug":"verifica-blanca-merari-preparativos-para-la-construccion-de-un-tramo-mas-de-la-calle-propela-en-puerto-morelos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/verifica-blanca-merari-preparativos-para-la-construccion-de-un-tramo-mas-de-la-calle-propela-en-puerto-morelos\/","title":{"rendered":"VERIFICA BLANCA MERARI PREPARATIVOS PARA LA CONSTRUCCI\u00d3N DE UN TRAMO M\u00c1S DE LA CALLE PROPELA EN PUERTO MORELOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 29 de julio de 2026.\u2014 La presidenta municipal de Puerto Morelos, Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, realiz\u00f3 un recorrido de supervisi\u00f3n previo al arranque de la obra de construcci\u00f3n de la calle Propela, acompa\u00f1ada por el secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas, Mario Salinas Castro, con el prop\u00f3sito de verificar las acciones que permitir\u00e1n mejorar la conectividad y la movilidad en beneficio de las familias portomorelenses.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la visita, la alcaldesa destac\u00f3 que esta vialidad, ubicada en el tramo comprendido entre la calle 1 y la calle Vallarta, permaneci\u00f3 inconclusa durante varios a\u00f1os y hoy su administraci\u00f3n trabaja para concluirla con los est\u00e1ndares de calidad que merece la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Conectar mejor nuestras colonias tambi\u00e9n es construir bienestar para las familias. Esta obra representa un compromiso con las y los vecinos, porque estamos transformando calles que durante a\u00f1os permanecieron en el abandono en vialidades seguras, funcionales y dignas para todos&#8221;, expres\u00f3 Blanca Merari.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Presidenta Municipal se\u00f1al\u00f3 que con estas acciones se eliminan los problemas que por a\u00f1os enfrentaron los habitantes de la zona, quienes durante la temporada de lluvias padec\u00edan lodo y encharcamientos, mientras que en la \u00e9poca de secas sufr\u00edan por el polvo generado por la terracer\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas, Mario Salinas Castro, inform\u00f3 que la obra permitir\u00e1 mejorar las condiciones de tr\u00e1nsito para m\u00e1s de mil 600 personas que diariamente circulan por esta importante vialidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La obra contempla la aplicaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 2 mil 600 metros cuadrados de carpeta asf\u00e1ltica, la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de la infraestructura pluvial mediante la construcci\u00f3n de cuatro nuevos pozos de absorci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como la colocaci\u00f3n de se\u00f1alamiento horizontal y vertical para fortalecer la seguridad vial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Blanca Merari, subray\u00f3 que la construcci\u00f3n de esta vialidad forma parte del compromiso de la administraci\u00f3n municipal de recuperar obras pendientes y entregar infraestructura de calidad, que contribuya al desarrollo ordenado del municipio y genere beneficios permanentes para las familias portomorelenses.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
