Leona Vicario, Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 25 de julio de 2026.\u2014 Con el objetivo de fortalecer la infraestructura pluvial y prevenir encharcamientos e inundaciones durante la presente temporada de lluvias, la presidenta municipal, Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, dio el banderazo de inicio a los trabajos de mantenimiento de pozos de absorci\u00f3n en la delegaci\u00f3n de Leona Vicario.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La Alcaldesa destac\u00f3 que estas acciones preventivas son una prioridad para su administraci\u00f3n, ya que contribuyen a proteger el patrimonio de las familias, garantizar la movilidad en las calles y reducir riesgos para la salud p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n

\n

“Con estas labores fortalecemos la capacidad de nuestro sistema pluvial y nos adelantamos a los efectos de las lluvias. Un drenaje pluvial en buenas condiciones significa una comunidad m\u00e1s segura, limpia y preparada para enfrentar la temporada”, expres\u00f3 Blanca Merari.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Los trabajos tienen como objetivo restablecer y conservar al cien por ciento la capacidad de infiltraci\u00f3n de las aguas pluviales, mitigando y previniendo los encharcamientos e inundaciones severas que afectan la movilidad y la seguridad de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, el secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas, Mario Salinas Castro, inform\u00f3 que la inversi\u00f3n destinada a esta obra asciende a 700 mil pesos y contempla el mantenimiento de 22 pozos de absorci\u00f3n ubicados en distintos puntos de la localidad.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Detall\u00f3 que las labores incluyen el desazolve mec\u00e1nico de los pozos de absorci\u00f3n, utilizando equipos con di\u00e1metros de operaci\u00f3n de 12 a 8 pulgadas, seg\u00fan las condiciones de la tuber\u00eda o ademe, alcanzando una profundidad de hasta 32 metros. Este procedimiento permite romper los tapones de sedimentos acumulados y liberar las ranuras del ademe para restablecer la conexi\u00f3n con las venas de infiltraci\u00f3n del manto fre\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, se realizar\u00e1 la limpieza manual y mec\u00e1nica de las cajas de areneros, retirando lodos y sedimentos densos acumulados antes de que el agua ingrese al sistema de infiltraci\u00f3n. El material extra\u00eddo ser\u00e1 depositado temporalmente en contenedores herm\u00e9ticos para evitar derrames en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n

En el arranque de los trabajos tambi\u00e9n particip\u00f3 el secretario de Servicios P\u00fablicos, Leonel Salazar Trejo, quien hizo un llamado a la ciudadan\u00eda para mantener limpias las calles y evitar que la basura, especialmente la de origen vegetal, llegue a los pozos de absorci\u00f3n, ya que ello facilita el correcto funcionamiento del sistema pluvial y fortalece las acciones preventivas que diariamente realiza el Ayuntamiento en beneficio de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Como parte del compromiso con la transparencia y la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana, durante el arranque de la obra se cont\u00f3 con la presencia del Comit\u00e9 de Participaci\u00f3n Social, integrado por Gustavo \u00c1ngel Canul Mas, presidente; Alberto Jhonatan L\u00f3pez Villagr\u00e1n, secretario; Rub\u00e9n Emmanuel Morcillo Hern\u00e1ndez, primer vocal, y Leonardo Valdez Tut, segundo vocal, quienes constataron el inicio de los trabajos de mantenimiento de los pozos de absorci\u00f3n en la localidad.<\/strong><\/p>\n
