{"id":36219,"date":"2026-07-23T13:38:02","date_gmt":"2026-07-23T19:38:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=36219"},"modified":"2026-07-23T13:38:02","modified_gmt":"2026-07-23T19:38:02","slug":"anuncia-blanca-merari-rehabilitacion-de-la-calle-propela-en-villas-1-para-fortalecer-la-movilidad-en-puerto-morelos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/anuncia-blanca-merari-rehabilitacion-de-la-calle-propela-en-villas-1-para-fortalecer-la-movilidad-en-puerto-morelos\/","title":{"rendered":"ANUNCIA BLANCA MERARI REHABILITACI\u00d3N DE LA CALLE PROPELA EN VILLAS 1 PARA FORTALECER LA MOVILIDAD EN PUERTO MORELOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 23 de julio de 2026.\u2014 Como parte del compromiso de seguir fortaleciendo la infraestructura urbana y mejorar la movilidad en el municipio, el gobierno de la presidenta municipal, Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, anunci\u00f3 la rehabilitaci\u00f3n en breve de la calle Propela, en el tramo comprendido entre las calles Vallarta y Gale\u00f3n, en el fraccionamiento Villas 1.<\/p>\n<p>Durante un recorrido de supervisi\u00f3n, la Presidenta Municipal estuvo acompa\u00f1ada por el secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas, Mario Salinas Castro, quien inform\u00f3 que los trabajos se ejecutar\u00e1n cumpliendo con los est\u00e1ndares de calidad de los materiales y las especificaciones t\u00e9cnicas propias de la obra, con el objetivo de garantizar su durabilidad y brindar una infraestructura segura y funcional para las y los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n<p>La Alcaldesa destac\u00f3 que esta obra permitir\u00e1 ofrecer un tr\u00e1nsito m\u00e1s seguro, c\u00f3modo y eficiente para m\u00e1s de 2 mil 500 personas, entre automovilistas, peatones y vecinos de la zona, al atender una vialidad de gran importancia para la conectividad del municipio.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Seguimos avanzando con obras que fortalecen la infraestructura de Puerto Morelos y mejoran la movilidad de nuestra gente. Nuestro compromiso es seguir construyendo calles funcionales y seguras que eleven la calidad de vida de las familias portomorelenses&#8221;, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Los trabajos contemplan la aplicaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de mil 600 metros cuadrados de carpeta asf\u00e1ltica, adem\u00e1s de labores de nivelaci\u00f3n y conformaci\u00f3n de la base de la vialidad para garantizar una mayor resistencia de la superficie.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, se llevar\u00e1 a cabo la instalaci\u00f3n de se\u00f1alamiento horizontal y vertical para reforzar la seguridad vial y brindar mejores condiciones de circulaci\u00f3n tanto para veh\u00edculos como para peatones.<\/p>\n<p>Blanca Merari, subray\u00f3 que su gobierno sigue impulsando obras que mejoran la conectividad, fortalecen la infraestructura urbana y generan beneficios directos para la poblaci\u00f3n, consolidando un municipio con mejores servicios y una mayor calidad de vida para todas y
