{"id":36195,"date":"2026-07-22T18:36:53","date_gmt":"2026-07-23T00:36:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=36195"},"modified":"2026-07-22T18:36:53","modified_gmt":"2026-07-23T00:36:53","slug":"firma-blanca-merari-convenio-de-colaboracion-con-el-colegio-de-psicologos-de-quintana-roo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/firma-blanca-merari-convenio-de-colaboracion-con-el-colegio-de-psicologos-de-quintana-roo\/","title":{"rendered":"FIRMA BLANCA MERARI CONVENIO DE COLABORACI\u00d3N CON EL COLEGIO DE PSIC\u00d3LOGOS DE QUINTANA ROO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 22 de julio de 2026.\u2014 El Ayuntamiento de Puerto Morelos y el Colegio de Psic\u00f3logos de Quintana Roo firmaron un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n que permitir\u00e1 impulsar acciones conjuntas de prevenci\u00f3n, orientaci\u00f3n y fortalecimiento de la salud mental, tanto al interior de la administraci\u00f3n municipal como entre la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La alcaldesa se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la salud mental representa uno de los principales desaf\u00edos de la actualidad, particularmente entre adolescentes y j\u00f3venes, por lo que destac\u00f3 la importancia de sumar esfuerzos con especialistas para fortalecer las estrategias de prevenci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Record\u00f3 que, de acuerdo con informaci\u00f3n del Instituto Nacional de Psiquiatr\u00eda, las personas de entre 12 y 29 a\u00f1os enfrentan un reto creciente por padecimientos como la ansiedad, la depresi\u00f3n y el consumo de sustancias, situaciones que requieren atenci\u00f3n oportuna para evitar consecuencias mayores en su bienestar y desarrollo.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Estoy convencida de que este convenio fortalecer\u00e1 los esquemas de prevenci\u00f3n si trabajamos de la mano, para promover el equilibrio emocional, la prevenci\u00f3n y el acompa\u00f1amiento psicol\u00f3gico, beneficiando tanto a las y los servidores p\u00fablicos como a la ciudadan\u00eda. En esta administraci\u00f3n trabajamos para y por los portomorelenses en un tema tan relevante como la salud mental&#8221;, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, Arlene Guadalupe Rivero Fern\u00e1ndez, presidenta del Colegio de Psic\u00f3logos del Estado de Quintana Roo, indic\u00f3 que la misi\u00f3n es contribuir al desarrollo de una sociedad m\u00e1s saludable mediante la prevenci\u00f3n, promoci\u00f3n, intervenci\u00f3n y capacitaci\u00f3n de los profesionales de la salud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cColaboraremos en la implementaci\u00f3n de acciones de autocuidado, prevenci\u00f3n de problem\u00e1ticas psicosociales, apoyando a la salud mental de las y los protomorelenses\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Explic\u00f3, que de acuerdo con la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud, cuando un trastorno de salud mental no se trata, sus consecuencias se extienden pueden perjudicar la salud f\u00edsica y limitan sus posibilidades de llevar una vida plena en el futuro, situaci\u00f3n que puede llegar al suicidio, siendo \u00e9sta, la tercera causa de defunci\u00f3n en las personas de 15 a 29 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el acto protocolario, la presidenta municipal, Blanca Merari, agradeci\u00f3 la organizaci\u00f3n del evento a la primera regidora, Rosario Concha Naal, a quien reconoci\u00f3 por impulsar este proyecto y gestionar, junto con la Secretar\u00eda T\u00e9cnica de Presidencia, la Direcci\u00f3n Jur\u00eddica, su equipo de trabajo y las y los integrantes del Cabildo, la consolidaci\u00f3n de este importante acuerdo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acompa\u00f1aron en esta firma Paola Varguez Ek, representante del Colegio de Psic\u00f3logos de Quintana Roo en Puerto Morelos y la directora de Salud en el municipio, Sara Nohem\u00ed Rodr\u00edguez Torres, y titulares de Grupo Especializado en Atenci\u00f3n a la Violencia Familiar y de G\u00e9nero (GEAVIG), Instituto de la Mujer (IMM), y Sistema Nacional de Protecci\u00f3n Integral de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes (SIPINNA).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Finalmente, la Presidenta Municipal agradeci\u00f3 al Colegio de Psic\u00f3logos de Quintana Roo por su confianza e inter\u00e9s en trabajar con Puerto Morelos para construir una comunidad m\u00e1s sana, resiliente y con mejores oportunidades de bienestar para todas y todos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>0-0-0-0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 22 de julio de 2026.\u2014 El Ayuntamiento de Puerto Morelos y el Colegio de Psic\u00f3logos de Quintana Roo firmaron un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n que permitir\u00e1 impulsar acciones conjuntas de prevenci\u00f3n, orientaci\u00f3n y fortalecimiento de la salud mental, tanto al interior de la administraci\u00f3n municipal como entre la poblaci\u00f3n.
