de 2026.\u2014 Como parte de las acciones de la Estrategia Violeta para promover espacios de trabajo libres de violencia, el Instituto Municipal de la Mujer (IMM) imparti\u00f3 la pl\u00e1tica &#8220;Hostigamiento y Acoso Laboral&#8221; a 68 colaboradores del hotel Marina El Cid, con la participaci\u00f3n de especialistas de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La capacitaci\u00f3n estuvo a cargo del fiscal Pedro Antonio Zaleta V\u00e1zquez, as\u00ed como de Deborah Denisse Cruz del \u00c1ngel, Carlos Eduardo Maga\u00f1a Castellanos y Daniel Arturo Valdivieso Yah, quienes brindaron informaci\u00f3n sobre la identificaci\u00f3n, prevenci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n de conductas que pueden constituir delitos dentro de los centros de trabajo.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La directora general del Instituto Municipal de la Mujer, Arlette Escudero Ord\u00f3\u00f1ez, agradeci\u00f3 la disposici\u00f3n del personal de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado para sumarse a estas acciones preventivas que fortalecen los ambientes laborales sanos en Puerto Morelos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que este tipo de capacitaciones permiten que las y los colaboradores se conviertan en promotores de la prevenci\u00f3n, al conocer cu\u00e1les son las conductas inadecuadas que pueden derivar en responsabilidades legales y c\u00f3mo actuar ante ellas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, destac\u00f3 que el IMM mantiene un estrecho v\u00ednculo con el sector hotelero y sus trabajadores para incentivar la creaci\u00f3n de c\u00edrculos de confianza que contribuyan a construir una sociedad m\u00e1s resiliente, emp\u00e1tica y comprometida con el respeto a los derechos de todas las personas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la pl\u00e1tica, los representantes de la Fiscal\u00eda explicaron que el hostigamiento ocurre cuando existe una relaci\u00f3n de subordinaci\u00f3n, en la que una persona superior ejerce poder sobre un subordinado, mientras que el acoso laboral o mobbing consiste en un patr\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tico de violencia, intimidaci\u00f3n o humillaci\u00f3n que puede presentarse entre compa\u00f1eros de trabajo, as\u00ed como de superiores a subordinados o viceversa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n detallaron los principales tipos de acoso laboral: el vertical descendente, conocido como bossing, ejercido por un superior; el vertical ascendente, cuando un subordinado acosa a un jefe; y el horizontal, que ocurre entre personas del mismo nivel jer\u00e1rquico mediante acciones como humillaciones, aislamiento o sobrecarga de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Finalmente, el IMM reiter\u00f3 que continuar\u00e1 impulsando acciones de sensibilizaci\u00f3n y capacitaci\u00f3n en coordinaci\u00f3n con instituciones y empresas para prevenir la violencia laboral y promover espacios seguros, respetuosos e igualitarios para todas y todos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
