{"id":36117,"date":"2026-07-17T12:50:09","date_gmt":"2026-07-17T18:50:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=36117"},"modified":"2026-07-21T12:51:40","modified_gmt":"2026-07-21T18:51:40","slug":"aprueba-cabildo-la-jornada-de-verano-2026-para-beneficiar-a-familias-y-contribuyentes-de-puerto-morelos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/aprueba-cabildo-la-jornada-de-verano-2026-para-beneficiar-a-familias-y-contribuyentes-de-puerto-morelos\/","title":{"rendered":"APRUEBA CABILDO LA \u201cJORNADA DE VERANO 2026\u201d PARA BENEFICIAR A FAMILIAS Y CONTRIBUYENTES DE PUERTO MORELOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 17 de julio de 2026.\u2014 En el marco de la XXXII Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria de Cabildo, el Ayuntamiento de Puerto Morelos aprob\u00f3 la &#8220;Jornada de Verano 2026&#8221;, que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo del 20 de julio al 31 de octubre, con el objetivo de apoyar la econom\u00eda de las familias, incentivar la regularizaci\u00f3n de contribuciones municipales y fortalecer la cultura del cumplimiento ciudadano.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La presidenta municipal, Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, destac\u00f3 la importancia de seguir impulsando programas que permitan a las y los contribuyentes ponerse al corriente en sus obligaciones fiscales.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Con esta Jornada de Verano 2026 seguimos apoyando la econom\u00eda de las familias y brindando facilidades para que las y los ciudadanos puedan regularizar sus contribuciones. Invitamos a todas y todos a acercarse a la Tesorer\u00eda Municipal para conocer los beneficios y aprovechar estos est\u00edmulos&#8221;, expres\u00f3 la alcaldesa.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la jornada se aplicar\u00e1n los siguientes beneficios: en Impuesto Predial el 100% de descuento en multas de a\u00f1os anteriores para lotes bald\u00edos y casa habitaci\u00f3n. Fiscalizaci\u00f3n: 25% de descuento en multas derivadas de inspecci\u00f3n y verificaci\u00f3n para establecimientos comerciales de bajo riesgo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente, Bienestar Animal y Movilidad Sustentable otorgar\u00e1 50% de descuento en multas por tr\u00e1mites extempor\u00e1neos de permisos de chapeo, desmonte, remoci\u00f3n vegetal, desarrollo ambiental, poda y tala. As\u00ed como el 50% de descuento en regularizaci\u00f3n de a\u00f1os anteriores del Permiso de Operaci\u00f3n Ecol\u00f3gica, adem\u00e1s del 50% de descuento en recargos por servicios de recolecci\u00f3n, transportaci\u00f3n, tratamiento y destino final de residuos s\u00f3lidos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Secretar\u00eda General aplicar\u00e1 50% de descuento en constancias de residencia y vecindad, en tanto, Registro Civil el 25% de descuento en copias certificadas de actas de nacimiento, matrimonio, defunci\u00f3n y divorcio, tanto municipales como for\u00e1neas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En Seguridad Ciudadana se tendr\u00e1 50% de descuento en multas y recargos de tr\u00e1nsito con m\u00e1s de seis meses de vencimiento, excepto infracciones relacionadas con alcohol y accidentes de tr\u00e1nsito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, la Coordinaci\u00f3n de Protecci\u00f3n Civil ofrecer\u00e1 un 20% de descuento en multas por tr\u00e1mites administrativos extempor\u00e1neos de bajo riesgo, 50% de descuento en multas por tr\u00e1mites administrativos extempor\u00e1neos de mediano riesgo. No aplican descuentos en multas derivadas de emergencias, accidentes, inspecciones, suspensiones o clausuras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano y Ordenamiento Territorial brindar\u00e1 50% de descuento en derechos y multas por regularizaci\u00f3n de licencias de construcci\u00f3n para obras de hasta 350 metros cuadrados de uso habitacional, comercial o mixto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para la Supermanzana 41 (Zona Urbana), 50% de descuento en derechos y 100% en multas de diversas modalidades de licencias de construcci\u00f3n para obras de hasta 500 metros cuadrados, 50% de descuento en derechos y 100% en multas por tr\u00e1mite extempor\u00e1neo del aviso de terminaci\u00f3n de obra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, 50% de descuento en constancias de uso de suelo para construcci\u00f3n en Puerto Morelos, Leona Vicario y Central Vallarta; 30% de descuento en permisos de uso de suelo comercial de bajo y mediano riesgo. Tambi\u00e9n aplicar\u00e1 30% de descuento en permisos de anuncios de bajo y mediano riesgo.\u00a0 Y en Catastro 10% de descuento en cambio de propietario, constancia de nomenclatura y c\u00e9dula catastral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Cabildo instruy\u00f3 a la Tesorer\u00eda Municipal y a la Direcci\u00f3n de Ingresos a aplicar los est\u00edmulos fiscales y realizar las acciones necesarias para su correcta implementaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, se estableci\u00f3 que estos beneficios no ser\u00e1n aplicables a contribuyentes que mantengan medios de defensa legales vigentes contra actos administrativos o resoluciones emitidas por la autoridad municipal para el cobro de contribuciones o sanciones, salvo que acrediten formalmente su desistimiento ante la Tesorer\u00eda Municipal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La presidenta Blanca Merari subray\u00f3 que el pago de estas contribuciones brinda certeza y legalidad al patrimonio y negocios de las y los portomorelenses, al tiempo de convertir estos recursos en obras y mejores servicios en todo el municipio, por ello, reiter\u00f3 la invitaci\u00f3n a aprovechar del 20 de julio y hasta el 31 de octubre de 2026, los subsidios y est\u00edmulos de la Jornada de Verano 2026 aprobados y acercarse a la Tesorer\u00eda Municipal y a las
