Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, a 13 de julio de 2026.- Con el objetivo de fortalecer la transparencia, la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas y la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana en la supervisi\u00f3n de la obra p\u00fablica, en d\u00edas pasados el Ayuntamiento de Puerto Morelos llev\u00f3 a cabo la Primera Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Comit\u00e9 Institucional de Apoyo a la Contralor\u00eda Social.<\/strong><\/p>\n

En este marco, la titular del \u00d3rgano Interno de Control (OIC) y presidenta del Comit\u00e9, Leticia Ram\u00edrez Cetina, destac\u00f3 que por instrucci\u00f3n de la presidenta municipal, Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, se impulsa un gobierno de puertas abiertas que fomente la participaci\u00f3n de la ciudadan\u00eda en el seguimiento de las acciones de gobierno.<\/p>\n

\n

“Reconozco el tiempo y la disposici\u00f3n de quienes integran este Comit\u00e9. Su participaci\u00f3n fortalece la confianza de las y los ciudadanos en el gobierno y nos permite seguir consolidando una administraci\u00f3n transparente y cercana a la gente”, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

En su intervenci\u00f3n, la directora de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, Desarrollo Administrativo y Contralor\u00eda Social, Luz Jhannel Silva Salas, quien fungi\u00f3 como secretaria de la sesi\u00f3n, present\u00f3 el informe sobre el avance en la conformaci\u00f3n de los Comit\u00e9s de Contralor\u00eda Social correspondientes al ejercicio 2026.<\/p>\n

Explic\u00f3 que el Programa de Inversi\u00f3n Anual contempla 18 obras p\u00fablicas, de las cuales nueve ya cuentan con Comit\u00e9s de Contralor\u00eda Social formalmente integrados y nueve se encuentran pendientes, lo que representa un avance del 50 por ciento. Precis\u00f3 que las obras ejecutadas con el fondo FAISMUN registra ya una cobertura del 100 por ciento en la integraci\u00f3n de sus comit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, detall\u00f3 que de las 18 obras autorizadas, once corresponden a Puerto Morelos y siete a Leona Vicario, con una inversi\u00f3n global superior a 81.2 millones de pesos. Refiri\u00f3 que los recursos provienen de Fondo de Aportaciones para la Infraestructura Social Municipal (FAISMUN), Fondo de Aportaciones para el Fortalecimiento de los Municipios y de las Demarcaciones Territoriales del Distrito Federal (FORTAMUN), Derecho de Saneamiento Ambiental y recursos propios del Ayuntamiento de Puerto Morlos.<\/p>\n

Explic\u00f3, que las nueve obras que cuentan con Comit\u00e9 Activo son: mantenimiento de pozos en Leona Vicario y Puerto Morelos; pavimentaci\u00f3n de la calle Ignacio Ruiz Davis; camell\u00f3n central Av. Tim\u00f3n; calle Propela; calles 5 y 6, colonia Tierra Nueva; rehabilitaci\u00f3n de la calle Propela (de Vllarta a Gale\u00f3n); pavimentaci\u00f3n de la calle Cielo y la rehabilitaci\u00f3n del Muelle de Pescadores (segunda etapa).<\/p>\n

Por su parte, el secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas, Mario Salinas Castro, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana es un elemento fundamental para fortalecer la transparencia y la correcta aplicaci\u00f3n de los recursos p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n

“Las obras han sido programadas de acuerdo con la ministraci\u00f3n de los recursos, por eso actualmente tenemos nueve comit\u00e9s activos y pr\u00f3ximamente se conformar\u00e1n los nueve restantes para dar cobertura total al programa de obra”, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Al hacer uso de la palabra, el regidor Antonio Chuc Pech destac\u00f3 que la vigilancia ciudadana brinda certeza de que las obras se ejecuten con oportunidad, calidad y en beneficio de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, propuso que en futuras sesiones se invite a las y los presidentes de los Comit\u00e9s de Contralor\u00eda Social para que puedan participar directamente, expresar sus inquietudes y fortalecer la comunicaci\u00f3n entre ciudadan\u00eda y gobierno.<\/p>\n

Estuvieron presentes en la Sesi\u00f3n Sara Nohem\u00ed Rodr\u00edguez Torres, directora general de Salud en representaci\u00f3n Manuel, Alexander May Chi, secretario municipal del Bienestar; Jos\u00e9 Luis Ciau Xiu, Tesorero municipal; L\u00eddice Montserrat Guti\u00e9rrez Brice\u00f1o, directora general de Planeaci\u00f3n para el Desarrollo Municipal y Jes\u00fas Juli\u00e1n Sot\u00f3 Medina, director de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana.<\/p>\n

Finalmente, la titular del OIC, subray\u00f3 que las acciones de transparencia,\u00a0 rendici\u00f3n de cuentas y\u00a0 participaci\u00f3n social son herramientas fundamentales para garantizar que las obras p\u00fablicas respondan a las necesidades de la poblaci\u00f3n y se ejecuten con eficiencia y legalidad.<\/strong><\/p>\n
