Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 9 de julio de 2026.\u2014 La presidenta municipal, Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, afirm\u00f3 que en Puerto Morelos se trabaja todos los d\u00edas para fortalecer la cultura democr\u00e1tica, la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y el respeto a los derechos de las ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, al atestiguar la conformaci\u00f3n de la Red de Capitanas y Capitanes de la Transformaci\u00f3n 2026, iniciativa del Sistema DIF Quintana Roo.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Durante el evento, celebrado en Puerto Morelos, la Alcaldesa dio la bienvenida a las autoridades estatales y municipales, al tiempo que expres\u00f3 su satisfacci\u00f3n porque el municipio fuera sede de esta importante actividad que impulsa la participaci\u00f3n de la ni\u00f1ez desde temprana edad para fomentar una cultura de paz y garantiza que las nuevas generaciones crezcan en entornos seguros, incluyentes y felices.<\/p>\n

Blanca Merari destac\u00f3 que recientemente el Cabildo de Puerto Morelos aprob\u00f3 la integraci\u00f3n del Cabildo Infantil y de las y los Adolescentes, un espacio que ha permitido a ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes expresar libremente sus ideas y presentar propuestas para fortalecer el tejido social.<\/p>\n

“Estamos convencidos de que cuando escuchamos a nuestras ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes les demostramos que su voz es importante y que forman parte de las decisiones que construyen un mejor futuro para nuestro municipio”, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Asimismo, agradeci\u00f3 a la presidenta honoraria del Sistema DIF Quintana Roo, Ver\u00f3nica Lezama Espinosa, por el respaldo permanente que brinda a Puerto Morelos y por impulsar programas que promueven la participaci\u00f3n, la inclusi\u00f3n y el bienestar de la infancia.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, la presidenta honoraria del Sistema DIF Quintana Roo, Ver\u00f3nica Lezama Espinosa, felicit\u00f3 a las y los Capitanes de la Transformaci\u00f3n 2025 y a quienes asumieron esta nueva responsabilidad para 2026, al se\u00f1alar que representan un mensaje de “No a la discriminaci\u00f3n y s\u00ed a la paz”.<\/p>\n

Indic\u00f3 que el esp\u00edritu de trabajo en equipo inspira esta iniciativa, recordando que ninguna transformaci\u00f3n se logra de manera individual.<\/p>\n

“Hoy seguimos viviendo un esp\u00edritu mundialista que nos recuerda que ning\u00fan equipo gana solo; se gana confiando, apoy\u00e1ndose, respetando las reglas, cuidando al compa\u00f1ero y entendiendo que cada persona tiene algo muy valioso que aportar. As\u00ed tambi\u00e9n se construye la transformaci\u00f3n: en equipo, con amistad, respeto, competencia sana y escuch\u00e1ndonos. La participaci\u00f3n debe abrir puertas, nunca cerrarlas. Nadie debe quedarse afuera”, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

En su intervenci\u00f3n, la directora general del Sistema DIF Quintana Roo, Abril Cristina Sabido Alc\u00e9rreca, agradeci\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n de los Sistemas DIF Municipales y el acompa\u00f1amiento del Instituto Electoral de Quintana Roo (IEQROO), destacando que por primera ocasi\u00f3n la elecci\u00f3n de las y los Capitanes de la Transformaci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 bajo un esquema h\u00edbrido, de manera presencial y virtual.<\/p>\n

Durante la ceremonia se entregaron reconocimientos y se tom\u00f3 protesta al Comit\u00e9 de Capitanas y Capitanes de la Transformaci\u00f3n 2026, integrado por Renata Contla Benavides de Puerto Morelos y presidenta de Transparencia; Samuel Garc\u00eda, de Benito Ju\u00e1rez; Yasuri Huitzil, de Cozumel; Jimena Mart\u00ednez, de Felipe Carrillo Puerto; Mateo G\u00f3mez, de Isla Mujeres; L\u00eda Mel\u00e9ndez, de Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Morelos; Martha Cauich, de Playa del Carmen; Luis \u00c1ngel, de Puerto Morelos, y Angie Rodr\u00edguez de Tulum.<\/p>\n

Al evento asistieron tambi\u00e9n A\u00edda Gonz\u00e1lez G\u00f3mez, magistrada del Tribunal Unitario para Adolescentes; la diputada Lilia In\u00e9s Mis Mart\u00ednez; Rub\u00ed Pacheco P\u00e9rez, consejera presidenta del Instituto Electoral de Quintana Roo; y Cecilia Bardales May, procuradora de Protecci\u00f3n de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os, Adolescentes y la Familia del Estado de Quintana Roo, entre otras autoridades estatales y municipales.<\/strong><\/p>\n
