Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo a 6 de julio de 2026.\u2013 Con el objetivo de fortalecer la correcta administraci\u00f3n de los recursos p\u00fablicos y mantener un ejercicio transparente del gasto federalizado, el Ayuntamiento de Puerto Morelos llev\u00f3 a cabo la capacitaci\u00f3n “Gasto Federalizado”, impartida por la secretaria Anticorrupci\u00f3n y Buen Gobierno del Estado, Reyna Arceo Rosado.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Durante la jornada, la presidenta municipal, Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, agradeci\u00f3 la disposici\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda Anticorrupci\u00f3n y Buen Gobierno para brindar esta capacitaci\u00f3n, al se\u00f1alar que representa una herramienta fundamental para garantizar una entrega-recepci\u00f3n de la administraci\u00f3n sin observaciones.<\/p>\n

\n

“Esta capacitaci\u00f3n nos permite conocer las reformas y los nuevos lineamientos en materia de auditor\u00eda para mantener nuestra informaci\u00f3n actualizada, verificada y continuar trabajando con responsabilidad y transparencia en beneficio de las y los portomorelenses”, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

La alcaldesa destac\u00f3 que, gracias al trabajo responsable de todas las dependencias municipales, su administraci\u00f3n no ha recibido observaciones por el manejo de los recursos, por lo que exhort\u00f3 a las y los servidores p\u00fablicos a mantener ese compromiso, contribuyendo a la buena evaluaci\u00f3n del Ayuntamiento, del Gobierno de Quintana Roo y de la gobernadora Mara Lezama Espinosa.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, record\u00f3 que, debido a la magnitud de los recursos federalizados y a la diversidad de las entidades que los ejercen, su manejo est\u00e1 sujeto a estrictos procesos de transparencia, control y fiscalizaci\u00f3n por parte de la Auditor\u00eda Superior de la Federaci\u00f3n (ASF).<\/p>\n

Por su parte, la secretaria Anticorrupci\u00f3n y Buen Gobierno, Reyna Arceo Rosado, subray\u00f3 la importancia de conocer las recientes reformas a la Ley de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n y Rendici\u00f3n de Cuentas de la Federaci\u00f3n y a la Ley General de Contabilidad Gubernamental, con el prop\u00f3sito de que los municipios fortalezcan sus procesos administrativos y de rendici\u00f3n de cuentas.<\/p>\n

\n

Durante su exposici\u00f3n present\u00f3 los diez ejes fundamentales del plan de trabajo de la Auditor\u00eda Superior de la Federaci\u00f3n, entre los que destacan la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana directa y transparente; la reingenier\u00eda organizacional para la ejecuci\u00f3n de auditor\u00edas por ejes tem\u00e1ticos y funcionales; la creaci\u00f3n de nuevas unidades especializadas, como las de auditor\u00eda a entidades federativas, investigaci\u00f3n y auditor\u00eda forense; la cobertura total de fiscalizaci\u00f3n en municipios y alcald\u00edas; convenios de colaboraci\u00f3n con la Unidad de Inteligencia Financiera; el cumplimiento de obligaciones tributarias; la fiscalizaci\u00f3n concurrente y en tiempo real; el fortalecimiento del Sistema Nacional Anticorrupci\u00f3n; el incremento de auditor\u00edas a entes federales y una mayor cobertura en revisiones relacionadas con inclusi\u00f3n y desarrollo de las juventudes.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Arceo Rosado enfatiz\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n la importancia de realizar revisiones minuciosas a empresas proveedoras del Ayuntamiento y a los recursos destinados a grupos vulnerables, ya que las sanciones por no solventar observaciones recaen directamente en los servidores p\u00fablicos responsables.<\/p>\n

En su intervenci\u00f3n, la titular del \u00d3rgano Interno de Control, Leticia Ram\u00edrez Cetina, agradeci\u00f3 a la presidenta municipal por el respaldo brindado para la realizaci\u00f3n de esta capacitaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como a la secretaria Reyna Arceo Rosado por compartir sus conocimientos, destacando que este esfuerzo permitir\u00e1 fortalecer el trabajo coordinado entre todas las \u00e1reas de la administraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

En la capacitaci\u00f3n participaron servidores p\u00fablicos de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Planeaci\u00f3n para el Desarrollo Municipal, Recursos Materiales, Recursos Humanos, Tesorer\u00eda, Ingresos, Seguridad Ciudadana, Catastro, Jur\u00eddico, Obras P\u00fablicas, Sistema DIF Puerto Morelos, Oficial\u00eda Mayor, Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Mejora Regulatoria y dem\u00e1s dependencias municipales.<\/p>\n

Finalmente, Blanca Merari subray\u00f3 que seguir\u00e1n trabajando de puertas abiertas a la ciudadan\u00eda, con total transparencia, refrendando el compromiso de mantener una administraci\u00f3n apegada a la legalidad.<\/strong><\/p>\n
