Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 25 de junio de 2026.\u2014 En el marco de las acciones impulsadas por el Gobierno de M\u00e9xico, encabezado por la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, rumbo a la Copa Mundial de la FIFA 2026, la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz se sum\u00f3 a la transmisi\u00f3n estatal del programa \u201cMundial Social\u201d, encabezada por la gobernadora Mara Lezama Espinosa, desde donde inaugur\u00f3 dos nuevas canchas de f\u00fatbol de pasto sint\u00e9tico en la colonia Villas Morelos II.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Durante su participaci\u00f3n, la Alcaldesa agradeci\u00f3 el respaldo del Gobierno del Estado para que Puerto Morelos forme parte de esta estrategia nacional que promueve el deporte, la inclusi\u00f3n y la reconstrucci\u00f3n del tejido social mediante la recuperaci\u00f3n y creaci\u00f3n de espacios p\u00fablicos para la convivencia.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cEl deporte es una llave m\u00e1gica que une a la sociedad, fomenta la sana convivencia y contribuye al desarrollo integral de nuestras ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, j\u00f3venes y familias. Hoy Puerto Morelos se suma con entusiasmo a este gran esfuerzo nacional en el marco del Mundial FIFA 2026\u201d, expres\u00f3 Blanca Merari.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Como parte de esta iniciativa, la Presidenta Municipal realiz\u00f3 el corte de list\u00f3n inaugural de dos canchas de f\u00fatbol con medidas de 33 por 23 metros y superficie de pasto sint\u00e9tico, ubicadas en Villas Morelos II. Asimismo, anunci\u00f3 la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de dos canchas multifuncionales localizadas en el domo de la colonia Zetina Gasca, en la cabecera municipal, y en el Domo del Cenote, en Leona Vicario.<\/p>\n

Blanca Merari reiter\u00f3 su agradecimiento a la gobernadora Mara Lezama por el respaldo brindado para concretar estas obras, que representan espacios dignos y seguros para la pr\u00e1ctica deportiva y la convivencia comunitaria.<\/p>\n

Durante la transmisi\u00f3n, la gobernadora Mara Lezama inform\u00f3 que en Quintana Roo fueron inauguradas de manera simult\u00e1nea 46 canchas deportivas, de las cuales 26 son de pasto sint\u00e9tico y 20 multicanchas, resultado de un esfuerzo coordinado entre los gobiernos federal, estatal y municipal.<\/p>\n

Acompa\u00f1aron a la gobernadora en la transmisi\u00f3n el director general de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Cultura F\u00edsica y Deporte (Conade), Rommel Pacheco Marrufo; la presidenta honoraria del Sistema DIF Quintana Roo, Ver\u00f3nica Lezama Espinosa; la representante de M\u00e9xico para la Copa Mundial FIFA 2026, Gabriela Cuevas Barr\u00f3n; Ana Gabriela Villanueva Huerta, en representaci\u00f3n de la titular de Sedatu, Edna Elena Vega Rangel; y el presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n para la Juventud y el Deporte de Quintana Roo (Codeq), Jacobo Arzate Hop.<\/p>\n

Previo a concluir el evento, Blanca Merari dio la patada inicial simb\u00f3lica del Mundial Social acompa\u00f1ada por el secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas del Estado, Jos\u00e9 Rafael Lara D\u00edaz; la representante de la Codeq, Lizbeth Aguilar; el director del Instituto Municipal del Deporte, Ren\u00e1n Cruz Ram\u00edrez; el secretario municipal de Obras P\u00fablicas, Mario Salinas Castro; las capitanas de los equipos femeniles Gladiadoras, Gabriela Chan y Denisse Vargas; adem\u00e1s de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, j\u00f3venes y familias portomorelenses que se dieron cita para celebrar esta importante jornada deportiva.<\/strong><\/p>\n
