Roo, a 13 de junio de 2026.- Como parte del compromiso de la administraci\u00f3n municipal con la profesionalizaci\u00f3n del servicio p\u00fablico y la mejora continua en la atenci\u00f3n ciudadana, servidores p\u00fablicos del Ayuntamiento de Puerto Morelos participaron en el curso \u201cGesti\u00f3n de Conflictos\u201d, impartido por el Instituto Universitario de Alta Formaci\u00f3n (IUSF), a trav\u00e9s de la vinculaci\u00f3n realizada por el \u00e1rea de Capacitaci\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta actividad forma parte del Programa de Capacitaci\u00f3n Total, estrategia orientada a fortalecer las competencias, habilidades y conocimientos del personal que integra la administraci\u00f3n municipal, con el objetivo de brindar una atenci\u00f3n m\u00e1s eficiente, emp\u00e1tica y efectiva a la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la apertura del curso, Dianela Lor\u00eda y Pablo Alvarado destacaron la importancia de dotar a las y los servidores p\u00fablicos de herramientas que les permitan atender adecuadamente las necesidades de la poblaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como canalizar de manera oportuna y efectiva la soluci\u00f3n de las problem\u00e1ticas que se presenten en el ejercicio de sus funciones.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La capacitaci\u00f3n estuvo a cargo de Erika Mu\u00f1oz, especialista del IUSF, quien explic\u00f3 que la gesti\u00f3n de conflictos es el proceso mediante el cual se identifican y manejan desacuerdos de manera constructiva, buscando transformar las diferencias en oportunidades de mejora a trav\u00e9s de la comunicaci\u00f3n abierta, el di\u00e1logo y la negociaci\u00f3n colaborativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n se abordaron diversos mecanismos para la resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos, entre ellos la negociaci\u00f3n, que busca alcanzar acuerdos satisfactorios para ambas partes mediante la flexibilidad y la voluntad de compromiso; la mediaci\u00f3n, en la que un tercero facilita el di\u00e1logo para que las partes construyan sus propias soluciones; el arbitraje, donde una persona imparcial emite una decisi\u00f3n vinculante; y la conciliaci\u00f3n, proceso en el que se proponen alternativas concretas para resolver las diferencias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, se promovi\u00f3 la resoluci\u00f3n colaborativa de conflictos, destacando la importancia del trabajo conjunto para generar soluciones creativas y mutuamente beneficiosas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como parte de la din\u00e1mica del curso, las y los participantes realizaron ejercicios interactivos enfocados en el manejo y control de las emociones, reconociendo que una adecuada gesti\u00f3n emocional permite evitar que los conflictos escalen y favorece la construcci\u00f3n de soluciones efectivas y duraderas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El gobierno que encabeza la presidenta Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz en Puerto Morelos reafirma su compromiso con la capacitaci\u00f3n permanente de su personal, fortaleciendo una cultura de servicio basada en el profesionalismo, el respeto y la atenci\u00f3n de calidad a las y los ciudadanos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
