Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 10 de junio de 2026.\u2013 El Gobierno de Puerto Morelos, a trav\u00e9s del Instituto de la Cultura y las Artes, bajo la direcci\u00f3n de Adriana Nava G\u00f3mez, y en colaboraci\u00f3n con Jaguar Negro Centro de Arte y Cultura y la Academia de M\u00fasica Marta de Juana, present\u00f3 en conferencia de prensa el Primer Simposio Internacional de Pintura “Los Colores del Caribe”, que se realizar\u00e1 del 17 al 29 de junio en el Centro Cultural y Museo de Puerto Morelos, con la participaci\u00f3n de 11 artistas provenientes de distintos pa\u00edses.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Durante la presentaci\u00f3n, el director del Museo de Puerto Morelos, C\u00e9sar Santiago, destac\u00f3 que este simposio marcar\u00e1 un importante precedente en la historia cultural del municipio, al reunir a reconocidos artistas internacionales que tomar\u00e1n a Puerto Morelos como fuente de inspiraci\u00f3n para la creaci\u00f3n de obras que enriquecer\u00e1n el acervo cultural del museo y formar\u00e1n parte del patrimonio art\u00edstico de la comunidad.<\/p>\n

\n

“Este simposio internacional de pintura representa un gran paso para el desarrollo cultural de Puerto Morelos. Las obras que nazcan de este encuentro se convertir\u00e1n en un legado permanente para nuestro museo y para las futuras generaciones portomorelenses”, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Asimismo, reconoci\u00f3 el respaldo de la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, cuyo compromiso con la cultura y las artes ha sido fundamental para impulsar proyectos que fortalecen la identidad del municipio y acercan el arte a la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, la artista y coordinadora del proyecto, Daniela J\u00e1uregui, explic\u00f3 que durante una semana los participantes desarrollar\u00e1n obras inspiradas en diversos elementos emblem\u00e1ticos de Puerto Morelos y el Caribe Mexicano.<\/p>\n

Detall\u00f3 que el programa contempla jornadas tem\u00e1ticas dedicadas al Faro Inclinado, el Arrecife Mesoamericano, la selva y los manglares, los cenotes y la flora y fauna del Caribe. Adem\u00e1s, los artistas trabajar\u00e1n en la creaci\u00f3n del mural colectivo “Los Colores del Caribe”, que se convertir\u00e1 en una pieza ic\u00f3nica del encuentro.<\/p>\n

Indic\u00f3 que el p\u00fablico podr\u00e1 disfrutar de experiencias abiertas con m\u00fasica en vivo, recorridos por los talleres, charlas, conferencias e interacci\u00f3n directa con los artistas, quienes compartir\u00e1n sus procesos creativos y presentar\u00e1n sus propuestas individuales.<\/p>\n

“La intenci\u00f3n es que la comunidad viva el arte de cerca, conozca a los creadores y forme parte de esta experiencia cultural \u00fanica que culminar\u00e1 con una gran exposici\u00f3n y ceremonia de clausura el pr\u00f3ximo 27 de junio”, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

En representaci\u00f3n de la presidenta municipal, la secretaria de Turismo Sustentable, Karina V\u00e1zquez D\u00edaz, destac\u00f3 que este encuentro art\u00edstico representa una valiosa oportunidad para fortalecer el turismo cultural y diversificar la oferta tur\u00edstica de Puerto Morelos.<\/p>\n

“El turismo actual busca experiencias significativas y aut\u00e9nticas. Este simposio posiciona a Puerto Morelos no s\u00f3lo por sus bellezas naturales, sino tambi\u00e9n por su riqueza art\u00edstica y cultural. Eventos como \u00e9ste atraen visitantes interesados en la cultura, generan derrama econ\u00f3mica y fortalecen la imagen del municipio como un destino innovador, creativo y sostenible”, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Karina V\u00e1zquez agreg\u00f3 que el gobierno de la presidenta Blanca Merari es firme impulsor del destino y la realizaci\u00f3n de este encuentro internacional contribuir\u00e1 a proyectar a Puerto Morelos en el mapa mundial del arte y la cultura, generando beneficios para sectores como la hoteler\u00eda, la gastronom\u00eda, el comercio y los servicios tur\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n

Como parte del legado de este Primer Simposio, los artistas participantes donar\u00e1n 11 obras grandes de dimensiones de 1.20 x 1 metro, en tanto, las obras tem\u00e1ticas ser\u00e1 una por cada artista de dimensiones m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as, contribuyendo a la conformaci\u00f3n de un importante acervo cultural que enriquecer\u00e1 el patrimonio art\u00edstico del municipio y fortalecer\u00e1 su vocaci\u00f3n como referente cultural del Caribe Mexicano.<\/p>\n

Las organizadoras Juana de Mata y Daniela J\u00e1uregui dieron a conocer la trayectoria de quienes plasmar\u00e1n su visi\u00f3n art\u00edstica inspirada en la riqueza natural y cultural de Puerto Morelos. La lista de creadores est\u00e1 integrada por Stano Cerny (Eslovaquia), Manuela Mandic (Croacia), Jesse Magge (Estados Unidos\/Alemania), Rose Wong (China\/Londres), Manolo Oyonarte (Espa\u00f1a), Wu Tianyi (China), Nike Nagy (Hungr\u00eda\/Francia), \u00d6zlem G\u00f6k (Turqu\u00eda), Kristina M\u00e9sz\u00e1ro\u0161 (Eslovaquia), Lalo S\u00e1nchez del Valle (M\u00e9xico) y Daniela J\u00e1uregui (M\u00e9xico).<\/p>\n

La presencia de estos artistas consolida al municipio como un punto de encuentro para el intercambio cultural y la proyecci\u00f3n internacional del arte contempor\u00e1neo dejar\u00e1 testimonio del talento y la diversidad art\u00edstica reunida en esta hist\u00f3rica primera edici\u00f3n de “Los Colores del Caribe”.<\/strong><\/p>\n
