de junio de 2026.- En el marco de la XXXI Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria de Cabildo, encabezada por la presidenta municipal, Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, el Ayuntamiento de Puerto Morelos aprob\u00f3 la minuta con Proyecto de Decreto por el que se reforma el p\u00e1rrafo cuarto de la fracci\u00f3n V del art\u00edculo 49 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado Libre y Soberano de Quintana Roo, en materia electoral.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n, las y los integrantes del Cabildo analizaron y avalaron la modificaci\u00f3n constitucional enviada por el Poder Legislativo estatal, la cual incorpora una nueva causal de nulidad electoral relacionada con actos comprobados de intervenci\u00f3n o injerencia extranjera en los procesos electorales.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con el dictamen aprobado por el Congreso del Estado, esta reforma establece que la intervenci\u00f3n o influencia de intereses extranjeros en una elecci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 motivo suficiente para declarar la nulidad de los comicios, fortaleciendo as\u00ed la protecci\u00f3n de la soberan\u00eda democr\u00e1tica de Quintana Roo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La medida tiene como prop\u00f3sito garantizar que la facultad de elegir a las autoridades contin\u00fae siendo una decisi\u00f3n exclusiva del pueblo quintanarroense, evitando cualquier tipo de influencia externa en los resultados electorales o en la integraci\u00f3n de los \u00f3rganos de poder p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se destac\u00f3 la relevancia de estas modificaciones para fortalecer la certeza, legalidad y transparencia de los procesos electorales locales, as\u00ed como para salvaguardar la voluntad ciudadana expresada en las urnas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La reforma se encuentra alineada con los cambios impulsados a nivel federal por el Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n, contribuyendo a la armonizaci\u00f3n del marco jur\u00eddico electoral y al fortalecimiento de las instituciones democr\u00e1ticas del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Con esta aprobaci\u00f3n, el Ayuntamiento de Puerto Morelos mantiene su compromiso con el fortalecimiento del Estado de Derecho, la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y la defensa de los principios democr\u00e1ticos que rigen la vida p\u00fablica de Quintana Roo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
