justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 26 de mayo de 2026.\u2014 En el marco de la XXIX Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria de Cabildo, el Ayuntamiento de Puerto Morelos aprob\u00f3 por mayor\u00eda la minuta con proyecto de decreto por el que se reforma el art\u00edculo 161 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado de Quintana Roo, con el objetivo de fortalecer el denominado Sistema Estatal Anticorrupci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las modificaciones, previamente aprobadas por la XVIII Legislatura del Congreso del Estado, contemplan reformas a las fracciones I y II del art\u00edculo 161 y se derogan los incisos a) y b) de la fracci\u00f3n II del art\u00edculo 161 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado Libre y Soberano de Quintana Roo.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n, las y los integrantes del Cabildo coincidieron en la importancia de impulsar mecanismos m\u00e1s claros, transparentes y confiables que fortalezcan la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas y consoliden instituciones m\u00e1s cercanas a la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Con esta aprobaci\u00f3n, el municipio de Puerto Morelos refrenda su compromiso con el fortalecimiento del Sistema Estatal Anticorrupci\u00f3n y con la construcci\u00f3n de una administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica basada en la legalidad, la transparencia y la participaci\u00f3n social.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
