{"id":35180,"date":"2026-05-18T16:43:38","date_gmt":"2026-05-18T22:43:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=35180"},"modified":"2026-05-18T16:43:38","modified_gmt":"2026-05-18T22:43:38","slug":"aprueba-cabildo-de-puerto-morelos-reglas-de-operacion-de-las-tarjetas-mujer-portomorelense-y-mujer-leonense","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/aprueba-cabildo-de-puerto-morelos-reglas-de-operacion-de-las-tarjetas-mujer-portomorelense-y-mujer-leonense\/","title":{"rendered":"APRUEBA CABILDO DE PUERTO MORELOS REGLAS DE OPERACI\u00d3N DE LAS TARJETAS MUJER PORTOMORELENSE Y MUJER LEONENSE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>*Aprueban nombramiento de tres juezas c\u00edvicas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 18 de mayo de 2026.\u2014 En el marco de la XXVIII Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria del Cabildo del Ayuntamiento de Puerto Morelos, encabezado por la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, aprob\u00f3 el Acuerdo mediante el cual se emiten las Reglas de Operaci\u00f3n del Programa Tarjeta Mujer Portomorelense y Tarjeta Mujer Leonense, una estrategia social enfocada en fortalecer la seguridad alimentaria y el bienestar integral de mujeres en condici\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este marco, se destac\u00f3 que se establecen los aspectos t\u00e9cnicos y operativos necesarios para el desarrollo de este programa, con la finalidad de lograr los niveles esperados de eficacia, eficiencia, equidad y transparencia. Asimismo, se instruy\u00f3 a la Tesorer\u00eda proveer los recursos financieros para su operaci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de las adecuaciones necesarias al Plan Municipal de Desarrollo 2024-2027.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al finalizar la sesi\u00f3n la presidenta Blanca Merari, destac\u00f3 que este programa tiene como objetivo generar un impacto sostenible en la seguridad alimentaria del municipio mediante la reducci\u00f3n de la pobreza alimentaria, priorizando a mujeres que realizan trabajo de cuidado no remunerado y cuyas condiciones socioecon\u00f3micas se encuentran por debajo de cuatro veces la L\u00ednea de Pobreza por Ingreso vigente.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cCon este programa reafirmamos nuestro compromiso de construir un Puerto Morelos m\u00e1s justo, solidario e incluyente, donde las mujeres tengan acceso a mejores oportunidades y puedan garantizar la alimentaci\u00f3n y bienestar de sus familias. Hoy damos un paso importante en favor de quienes m\u00e1s lo necesitan\u201d, expres\u00f3 la presidenta municipal, Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que de acuerdo con informaci\u00f3n del CONEVAL la carencia por acceso a la alimentaci\u00f3n nutritiva y de calidad afecta a 5,296 personas, es decir, el 20.7 por ciento de la poblaci\u00f3n municipal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El programa contempla beneficiar inicialmente a 250 mujeres del municipio mediante la entrega de una tarjeta electr\u00f3nica en la que se dispersar\u00e1 mensualmente un apoyo econ\u00f3mico de mil 300 pesos, recursos que deber\u00e1n destinarse a la adquisici\u00f3n de productos de la canasta b\u00e1sica y normativa en comercios autorizados por la Secretar\u00eda Municipal del Bienestar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Por otra parte, el Cabildo aprob\u00f3 el nombramiento de las ciudadanas Nubia Sarah\u00ed Castro de Jes\u00fas, Flora Ble Jim\u00e9nez y Xochipilzihuitl Ticante G\u00f3mez para ocupar el cargo de Juezas C\u00edvicas en el municipio de Puerto Morelos, quienes rindieron protesta de ley en la misma Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
