2026.\u2014 La presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz dio a conocer que, en cumplimiento de los lineamientos federales, estatales y municipales en materia de obra p\u00fablica, el Ayuntamiento de Puerto Morelos llev\u00f3 a cabo la conformaci\u00f3n de los Comit\u00e9s de Contralor\u00eda Social de las calles 5, 6 y Propela, en la colonia Tierra Nueva, con la participaci\u00f3n activa de las y los vecinos beneficiados, fortaleciendo la confianza y la transparencia en la gesti\u00f3n municipal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cTrabajamos en coordinaci\u00f3n con los gobiernos estatal y federal para obtener los recursos necesarios que nos permitan avanzar en el mejoramiento urbano del municipio, en beneficio de las y los portomorelenses, como los que, a trav\u00e9s del Fondo de Aportaciones para el Fortalecimiento de los Municipios y de las Demarcaciones Territoriales del Distrito Federal (FORTAMUN), ser\u00e1n aplicados para esta pavimentaci\u00f3n\u201d, destac\u00f3 la alcaldesa.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El director de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana, Juli\u00e1n Soto Medina, destac\u00f3 que para el gobierno que encabeza la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz es fundamental que las y los ciudadanos participen directamente como vigilantes y observadores de las obras p\u00fablicas, garantizando la correcta aplicaci\u00f3n de los recursos y fortaleciendo la transparencia durante la ejecuci\u00f3n de los trabajos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, la directora de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, Desarrollo Administrativo y Contralor\u00eda Social, Luz Jhannel Silva Salas, explic\u00f3 que las y los integrantes de los comit\u00e9s fungir\u00e1n como enlace directo entre la ciudadan\u00eda y la autoridad municipal para atender quejas, observaciones y sugerencias durante el desarrollo de la obra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, detall\u00f3 que la participaci\u00f3n de las y los ciudadanos es honor\u00edfica y voluntaria, ya que no reciben remuneraci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, y que los comit\u00e9s permanecer\u00e1n activos hasta la conclusi\u00f3n de las obras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Comit\u00e9 de Contralor\u00eda Social de la obra \u201cConstrucci\u00f3n de calle 5 y 6 en la colonia Tierra Nueva\u201d qued\u00f3 integrado por Carlos Ren\u00e9 Ek como presidente; Mar\u00eda Maricela Chi Chi, secretaria; Mar\u00eda Teresa V\u00e1zquez L\u00f3pez, vocal 2; y Mar\u00eda Elizabeth Ek Noh, vocal 3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En tanto, el Comit\u00e9 de Contralor\u00eda Social de la obra \u201cConstrucci\u00f3n de calle Propela, entre calle 1 y calle Vallarta\u201d qued\u00f3 conformado por Luna Berenice L\u00f3pez Caballero, presidenta; Ver\u00f3nica Garc\u00eda Hern\u00e1ndez, secretaria; Reyna Hern\u00e1ndez Tornell, vocal de Control y Vigilancia; adem\u00e1s de Jos\u00e9 Uriel Cocom Chuc, vocal 1; Catalina Balam Chable, vocal 2; y Cristino Puga Cupul, vocal 3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El director de Obras P\u00fablicas, Manuel Pav\u00f3n Reynaga, inform\u00f3 que en las calles 5 y 6 se pavimentar\u00e1n aproximadamente 250 metros lineales, mientras que en la calle Propela se contempla una meta cercana a los 300 metros lineales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En estos actos estuvieron presentes el regidor Antonio Chuc Pech, presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Obras del Ayuntamiento; la directora de Desarrollo Social y Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana de la Secretar\u00eda del Bienestar, Ana Luisa Betancourt; as\u00ed como el director de Programaci\u00f3n e Inversi\u00f3n, Sergio
