2026.\u2014Con instrucci\u00f3n de la presidenta Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, el coordinador del Subcomit\u00e9 Sectorial de Hacienda P\u00fablica y Finanzas del Comit\u00e9 de Planeaci\u00f3n para el Desarrollo Municipal (Coplademun) y Tesorero Jos\u00e9 Luis Ciau Xiu, encabez\u00f3 la instalaci\u00f3n formal de este \u00f3rgano de trabajo, con el objetivo de fortalecer la planeaci\u00f3n, evaluaci\u00f3n y seguimiento de las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas en materia financiera y administrativa del municipio.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n de instalaci\u00f3n y revisi\u00f3n del Plan Municipal de Desarrollo 2024-2027, del gobierno de la presidenta Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, correspondiente al Eje 5, \u201cGobierno Cercano a la Gente\u201d, se destac\u00f3 la importancia de mantener una administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica basada en la \u00e9tica, la transparencia y la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, mediante la supervisi\u00f3n rigurosa de las acciones gubernamentales para garantizar resultados concretos y tangibles en beneficio de la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En su intervenci\u00f3n, Jos\u00e9 Luis Ciau Xiu explic\u00f3 que los subcomit\u00e9s son \u00f3rganos de trabajo del Coplademun encargados de analizar la problem\u00e1tica de cada sector de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, revisar propuestas de inversi\u00f3n, plantear alternativas de soluci\u00f3n y elaborar programas de trabajo permanentes que contribuyan al desarrollo municipal optimizando la gesti\u00f3n de los recursos presupuestales.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cCon este subcomit\u00e9 creamos espacios en donde los diversos actores de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica y la sociedad pueden analizar problem\u00e1ticas particulares y proponer acciones y mecanismos para su atenci\u00f3n\u201d, expres\u00f3 Jos\u00e9 Luis Ciau Xiu.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el Subcomit\u00e9 Sectorial de Hacienda P\u00fablica y Finanzas tendr\u00e1 entre sus principales funciones validar la informaci\u00f3n contenida en el Plan Municipal de Desarrollo 2024-2027, participar en la elaboraci\u00f3n de programas y proyectos que impulsen un gobierno transparente y eficiente, adem\u00e1s de dar seguimiento y evaluaci\u00f3n a las acciones implementadas por las distintas dependencias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se abordaron temas relacionados con la revisi\u00f3n de la gesti\u00f3n de presupuestos, ingresos y egresos municipales, as\u00ed como estrategias para fortalecer la obtenci\u00f3n de recursos a trav\u00e9s de programas federales y mecanismos que permitan optimizar la administraci\u00f3n presupuestal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El subcomit\u00e9 qued\u00f3 integrado por Jos\u00e9 Luis Ciau Xiu, como coordinador; Diana Judit Dzul Huch\u00edn, secretaria T\u00e9cnica; L\u00eddice Monsserrat Guti\u00e9rrez Brice\u00f1o Directora General de Planeaci\u00f3n para el Desarrollo Municipal y Coordinadora General del COPLADEMUN; como vocales: Mirna Leticia Ram\u00edrez Cetina, Alejandra Castillo Olmos, Cynthia Janepsi N\u00e1jera Mukul, Jos\u00e9 Antonio Hern\u00e1ndez Ceballo, Javier Arturo Garc\u00eda Ak\u00e9, Jorge Antonio Jim\u00e9nez Flores, Yamili Jam\u00edn Cob\u00e1 Can y Yukeini Sulbei Casta\u00f1eda Cocom.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Finalmente, el Tesorero y Coordinador de Subcomit\u00e9 Jos\u00e9 Luis Ciau, reiter\u00f3 que el gobierno de la presidenta Blanca Merari mantiene acciones firmes sobre la correcta aplicaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de recursos p\u00fablicos a trav\u00e9s del
