Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo a 12 de mayo de 2026.\u2014 En cumplimiento de los principios de transparencia, participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y planeaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica que rigen la administraci\u00f3n municipal 2024-2027, el Ayuntamiento de Puerto Morelos llev\u00f3 a cabo la instalaci\u00f3n del Subcomit\u00e9 Sectorial de Infraestructura y Equipamiento Urbano del Comit\u00e9 de Planeaci\u00f3n para el Desarrollo Municipal (Coplademun).<\/strong><\/p>\n

El acto fue encabezado por el secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas, Mario Salinas Castro, quien asumi\u00f3 la coordinaci\u00f3n del Subcomit\u00e9 Sectorial destacando su relevancia dando cumplimiento a las normas, pero sobre todo para dar certeza de la actuaci\u00f3n del gobierno municipal ante la ciudadan\u00eda, cumpliendo con los proyectos prioritarios para el desarrollo del municipio.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cEs un honor coordinar este subcomit\u00e9, entendi\u00e9ndolo no como un espacio de instrucci\u00f3n, sino como un \u00f3rgano colegiado de servicio y colaboraci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica. Como brazo ejecutor de la infraestructura en el municipio, nuestra intenci\u00f3n es poner a disposici\u00f3n de este Coplademun toda nuestra capacidad t\u00e9cnica para analizar la problem\u00e1tica sectorial y proyectar soluciones que realmente beneficien a la comunidad\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Asimismo, puntualiz\u00f3 que la labor principal ser\u00e1 articular herramientas que permitan planear alternativas de soluci\u00f3n y elaborar programas de trabajo alineados al Plan Municipal de Desarrollo 2024-2027, garantizando que cada acci\u00f3n se traduzca en bienestar tangible para la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

En este sentido, destac\u00f3 que el subcomit\u00e9 trabajar\u00e1 bajo cinco ejes fundamentales: acompa\u00f1amiento t\u00e9cnico en proyectos de alto impacto social; alineaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica con los objetivos municipales; coordinaci\u00f3n institucional con instancias estatales y federales; evaluaci\u00f3n y seguimiento permanente; y el fortalecimiento del di\u00e1logo participativo con la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n

\u201cQueremos que este espacio sea el v\u00ednculo donde la experiencia t\u00e9cnica de la Secretar\u00eda y las propuestas de la sociedad se unan para validar y fortalecer nuestras pol\u00edticas de crecimiento\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

En el acto se tom\u00f3 protesta a las y los funcionarios que integran el Subcomit\u00e9, entre ellos: Rogelio Caballero \u00c1ngeles, secretario; como vocales: Manuel Pav\u00f3n Reynaga; Lidice Monserrat Guti\u00e9rrez Brice\u00f1o; Reyes Antonio Chuc Pech; Leonel Alberto Salazar Trejo; Rolando Leonel Melo Novelo; Aimee Regina Rodr\u00edguez Vivas y V\u00edctor Rodrigo Arag\u00f3n Madrigal.<\/p>\n

Acompa\u00f1aron en el evento como invitados especiales Manuel Alexander May Chi; Rosa Elena Guti\u00e9rrez Brice\u00f1o; Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Espinosa Pay\u00e1n; Ma. Soledad Foyo Niembro; Javier Alejandro Hern\u00e1ndez Santill\u00e1n y Esteban Uicab Tuz.<\/p>\n

Finalmente, Mario Salinas subray\u00f3 que el gobierno de la presidenta Blanca Merari impulsa un modelo de gobernanza participativa, donde la planeaci\u00f3n urbana se construya con visi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, apertura institucional y la inclusi\u00f3n activa de la sociedad, sentando las bases para un crecimiento ordenado, sostenible y con sentido humano en Puerto Morelos.<\/strong><\/p>\n
