Adem\u00e1s, tienen la responsabilidad de validar la informaci\u00f3n del Plan Municipal de Desarrollo 2024-2027 y dar seguimiento a su cumplimiento, en coordinaci\u00f3n con autoridades y ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEste Subcomit\u00e9 de Desarrollo Urbano y Ordenamiento Territorial es un espacio clave para analizar, proponer y dar seguimiento a las acciones que impulsen un desarrollo urbano ordenado y sustentable en Puerto Morelos; aqu\u00ed convergen las ideas y el compromiso de gobierno y ciudadan\u00eda para construir soluciones reales a las necesidades del municipio\u201d, mencion\u00f3 Melo Novelo.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el acto, se tom\u00f3 protesta a Rolando Leonel Melo Novelo, como presidente del Subcomit\u00e9; V\u00edctor Arag\u00f3n Madrigal, director del IMPLAN, como secretario; y como vocales: el Oficial Mayor Rodrigo Ruiz \u00c1lvarez, el secretario general del Ayuntamiento Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Espinosa Pay\u00e1n, el secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas Mario Salinas Castro, la secretaria de Medio Ambiente, Bienestar Animal y Movilidad Sustentable Aimee Rodr\u00edguez Vivas, el s\u00edndico municipal Carlo Fonseca Le\u00f3n y la titular de Coplademun Lidice Guti\u00e9rrez Brice\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, participaron como invitados Javier Hern\u00e1ndez Santill\u00e1n, del Colegio de Ingenieros, y Luis Alan L\u00f3pez Becerril, del Consejo Ciudadano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Posteriormente, se llev\u00f3 a cabo la Primera Sesi\u00f3n del Subcomit\u00e9 Sectorial, en la que se present\u00f3 el plan de trabajo correspondiente al Eje 4 \u201cAgenda Verde\u201d, enfocado en el desarrollo urbano ordenado y la sostenibilidad ambiental.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n, la directora de Planeaci\u00f3n y Evaluaci\u00f3n, Diana Dzul Huchin, junto con Mario P\u00e9rez, del \u00e1rea de asesores, expusieron diversos temas prioritarios, entre ellos: los reglamentos del Programa de Desarrollo Urbano (PDU) y del Programa de Ordenamiento Ecol\u00f3gico Local (POEL), la descentralizaci\u00f3n del IMPLAN, los procedimientos normativos en materia de desarrollo urbano, la regularizaci\u00f3n de obras y la incorporaci\u00f3n a la Ventanilla Digital para la gesti\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El tituar de Desarrollo Urbano, resalt\u00f3 que con la instalaci\u00f3n de este subcomit\u00e9, se fortalecen los espacios de an\u00e1lisis y coordinaci\u00f3n entre las diversas \u00e1reas que intervienen\u00a0 para atender el crecimiento y desarrollo del municipio junto con la sociedad, construyendo de esta forma un futuro sostenible y sustentable en Puerto Morelos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
