{"id":34948,"date":"2026-05-01T16:04:41","date_gmt":"2026-05-01T22:04:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=34948"},"modified":"2026-05-01T16:04:41","modified_gmt":"2026-05-01T22:04:41","slug":"fortalecen-ayuntamiento-de-puerto-morelos-y-hotel-breathless-acciones-para-prevenir-la-violencia-de-genero-en-el-ambito-laboral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/fortalecen-ayuntamiento-de-puerto-morelos-y-hotel-breathless-acciones-para-prevenir-la-violencia-de-genero-en-el-ambito-laboral\/","title":{"rendered":"FORTALECEN AYUNTAMIENTO DE PUERTO MORELOS Y HOTEL BREATHLESS ACCIONES PARA PREVENIR LA VIOLENCIA DE G\u00c9NERO EN EL \u00c1MBITO LABORAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 1 de mayo de 2026.\u2014 Con el objetivo de promover entornos laborales sanos y libres de violencia, el Ayuntamiento de Puerto Morelos, a trav\u00e9s del Instituto Municipal de la Mujer (IMM), firm\u00f3 un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n con el hotel Breathless Riviera Canc\u00fan, mediante el cual se implementar\u00e1n talleres y programas de capacitaci\u00f3n enfocados en la prevenci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n de la violencia de g\u00e9nero.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estas acciones contemplan la sensibilizaci\u00f3n del personal, la generaci\u00f3n de espacios laborales seguros y la atenci\u00f3n directa a quienes enfrenten alguna situaci\u00f3n de violencia, reforzando as\u00ed el compromiso institucional con el bienestar de las y los trabajadores del sector tur\u00edstico.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El oficial mayor, Rodrigo Andr\u00e9s Ruiz \u00c1lvarez, destac\u00f3 que esta alianza forma parte de la visi\u00f3n del gobierno municipal: \u201cHay un firme compromiso del gobierno de la presidenta Blanca Merari por mantener el v\u00ednculo con el sector productivo y hotelero de nuestro municipio y, sobre todo, con su gente, que d\u00eda a d\u00eda pone su empe\u00f1o para servir a las y los visitantes, siendo la calidez y calidad del servicio parte importante que distingue a los prestadores de servicios tur\u00edsticos de Puerto Morelos\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, la directora del Instituto Municipal de la Mujer (IMM), Arlette Escudero Ord\u00f3\u00f1ez, subray\u00f3 la importancia de generar condiciones laborales dignas: \u201cCuando se cuenta con colaboradores con la mejor calidad de vida posible, se generan mejores resultados en el desempe\u00f1o de sus labores; por ello, es importante fomentar una convivencia laboral agradable, pero, sobre todo, de respeto entre colaboradoras y colaboradores\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la firma del convenio tambi\u00e9n participaron Ren\u00e9 Malacara Coos, apoderado legal del hotel Breathless Riviera Canc\u00fan; Jes\u00fas S\u00e1nchez Vargas, director de Recursos Humanos; Santa Isabel Hern\u00e1ndez Escamirosa, gerente de Capacitaci\u00f3n; Paulette Torres Robles, subgerente de Recursos Humanos; y Mar\u00eda del \u00c1ngel Ariadna Blas Guzm\u00e1n, coordinadora jur\u00eddica del IMM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La titular del IMM reiter\u00f3 que el gobierno de la presidenta Blanca Merari ha implementado la Estrategia Violeta con la firme convicci\u00f3n de combatir la violencia en todas sus formas y, primordialmente, aquella que vulnera los derechos de las mujeres, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes de Puerto Morelos. Por ello, se trabaja de la mano con todos los sectores econ\u00f3micos y sociales para garantizar espacios seguros, equitativos y libres de violencia para todas y todos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p
