{"id":34731,"date":"2026-04-22T17:57:54","date_gmt":"2026-04-22T23:57:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=34731"},"modified":"2026-04-22T17:57:54","modified_gmt":"2026-04-22T23:57:54","slug":"fortalecemos-estrategias-de-movilidad-y-seguridad-vial-en-puerto-morelos-blanca-merari","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/fortalecemos-estrategias-de-movilidad-y-seguridad-vial-en-puerto-morelos-blanca-merari\/","title":{"rendered":"FORTALECEMOS ESTRATEGIAS DE MOVILIDAD Y SEGURIDAD VIAL EN PUERTO MORELOS: BLANCA MERARI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, a 22 de abril de 2026.\u2014 En el marco de la Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico de Movilidad y Seguridad Vial, la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz encabez\u00f3 los trabajos en los que participaron dependencias estatales y municipales, as\u00ed como representantes del sector privado y organizaciones especializadas, con el objetivo de dar seguimiento a las acciones y proyectos en materia de movilidad en el municipio.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n se presentaron los avances correspondientes a los compromisos establecidos en 2025, as\u00ed como el seguimiento a instrumentos y estudios t\u00e9cnicos clave, entre ellos el Estudio de Impacto de Movilidad en la zona de la Carretera Federal 307 y Bah\u00eda Petempich, adem\u00e1s del proceso de aprobaci\u00f3n del Programa Integral de Seguridad Vial del Estado de Quintana Roo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En su intervenci\u00f3n, la presidenta municipal destac\u00f3 la importancia de la coordinaci\u00f3n interinstitucional para garantizar entornos m\u00e1s seguros y accesibles.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa movilidad es un eje fundamental para el desarrollo ordenado de Puerto Morelos; por ello, trabajamos de manera conjunta para implementar soluciones que prioricen la seguridad de las personas, especialmente de peatones y ciclistas, y que respondan al crecimiento del municipio con visi\u00f3n sustentable\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la sesi\u00f3n participaron el Lic. Alejandro Gonz\u00e1lez , subdirector del Instituto de Movilidad de Quintana Roo (Imoveqroo); el Urb. Aldo Alaniz Jim\u00e9nez Gonz\u00e1lez, director de Estudios y Proyectos y presidente suplente del Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico; el secretario general del Ayuntamiento, Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Espinosa Pay\u00e1n, la secretaria de Medio Ambiente, Bienestar Animal y Movilidad Sustentable, Aimee Regina Rodr\u00edguez Vivas, as\u00ed como el\u00a0 secretario de Desarrollo Urbano y Ordenamiento Territorial, Rolando Melo Novelo y el diputado local Alberto Bat\u00fan Chulim, entre otros asistentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como parte del orden del d\u00eda, se expusieron los proyectos impulsados por el municipio como el Programa Integral de Movilidad Urbana Sustentable (PIMUS), instrumento que busca garantizar una movilidad ordenada, segura y sustentable, alineada con la Ley General de Movilidad y Seguridad Vial. Entre sus principales acciones destacan el dise\u00f1o de infraestructura vial segura, el fortalecimiento del transporte p\u00fablico, la promoci\u00f3n de la movilidad activa y la reducci\u00f3n de emisiones contaminantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, el Urb. V\u00edctor Rodrigo Arag\u00f3n Madrigal, director general del IMPLAN Puerto Morelos; expuso la instalaci\u00f3n y mejora de cruces peatonales seguros en zonas escolares y puntos de alta afluencia, mediante se\u00f1al\u00e9tica horizontal y vertical, reductores de velocidad y mobiliario urbano, con el prop\u00f3sito de proteger a ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De igual forma, se dieron a conocer avances del proyecto de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n en el casco antiguo, enfocado en ordenar el tr\u00e1nsito, delimitar cruces peatonales y priorizar el uso del espacio p\u00fablico para las personas, fortaleciendo la seguridad vial y la imagen urbana del destino.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Anunci\u00f3 la puesta en marcha de la primera \u201cBiciescuela\u201d en el estado, un programa impulsado desde la direcci\u00f3n de movilidad sustentable, que promover\u00e1 el uso seguro y responsable de la bicicleta mediante capacitaci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica y pr\u00e1ctica, fomentando la movilidad sustentable, la cultura ciclista y el respeto vial.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEs un programa comunitario de formaci\u00f3n y sensibilizaci\u00f3n que promueve el uso seguro, de la bicicleta como medio de transporte, recreaci\u00f3n y conexi\u00f3n con el entorno natural. A trav\u00e9s de talleres pr\u00e1cticos, recorridos guiados y actividades educativas, el programa busca empoderar a personas de todas las edades para que integren la bicicleta en su vida cotidiana, fomentando la movilidad activa, la salud, el respeto vial y el cuidado del medio ambiente\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En su momento el Urb. Aldo Alaniz Jim\u00e9nez Gonz\u00e1lez, director de Estudios y Proyectos de Imoveqroo, expuso el proyecto de cierre de intersecci\u00f3n en la entrada a Bah\u00eda Petempich, con el fin de mejorar el ingreso y salida de la zona evitando accidentes viales, recorriendo los retornos correspondientes dando mayor seguridad en la carretera 307.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Al concluir la Sesi\u00f3n la presidenta Blanca Merari reiter\u00f3 que su gobierno reafirma el compromiso de impulsar pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que contribuyan a una movilidad m\u00e1s segura, incluyente y
