{"id":34703,"date":"2026-04-21T15:05:36","date_gmt":"2026-04-21T21:05:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=34703"},"modified":"2026-04-21T15:05:36","modified_gmt":"2026-04-21T21:05:36","slug":"se-conforma-comite-de-vigilancia-de-obra-para-la-rehabilitacion-de-la-segunda-etapa-del-muelle-de-pescadores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/se-conforma-comite-de-vigilancia-de-obra-para-la-rehabilitacion-de-la-segunda-etapa-del-muelle-de-pescadores\/","title":{"rendered":"SE CONFORMA COMIT\u00c9 DE VIGILANCIA DE OBRA PARA LA REHABILITACI\u00d3N DE LA SEGUNDA ETAPA DEL MUELLE DE PESCADORES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, a 21 de abril de 2026.\u2014 Como parte del compromiso con la transparencia y la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana, el gobierno municipal de Puerto Morelos llev\u00f3 a cabo la conformaci\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 de Contralor\u00eda Social que dar\u00e1 seguimiento a la obra de rehabilitaci\u00f3n del muelle de pescadores, en su segunda etapa.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Este comit\u00e9 tendr\u00e1 la responsabilidad de supervisar que los trabajos se ejecuten conforme a lo establecido, garantizando el cumplimiento de los plazos, la correcta aplicaci\u00f3n de los recursos y la calidad de la obra en beneficio de la comunidad.<\/p>\n<p>El gobierno encabezado por la presidenta municipal, Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, impulsa la participaci\u00f3n de las y los ciudadanos en los procesos de vigilancia de las acciones p\u00fablicas, fortaleciendo as\u00ed la confianza y la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas.<\/p>\n<p>El comit\u00e9 qued\u00f3 integrado por Pedro Pablo Pereza Arceo, como presidente; Estanislao Chac\u00f3n Arceo, secretario; Virgilia Angelina Caamal Cab, vocal de control y vigilancia; as\u00ed como Cornelio G\u00f3mez Ram\u00edrez y V\u00edctor Iv\u00e1n Chac\u00f3n Chin, como vocales.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el acto estuvieron presentes el director de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana; el secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas, Mario Salinas Castro; la auditora de la Secretar\u00eda Anticorrupci\u00f3n y Buen Gobierno de Quintana Roo (SabGob), Goretti Alejandra Castillo Mart\u00edn; as\u00ed como la directora de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, Desarrollo Administrativo y Contralor\u00eda Social, Luz Jhannel Silva Salas, entre otros funcionarios.<\/p>\n<p>En su intervenci\u00f3n, el secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas, Mario Salinas Castro, explic\u00f3 que el proyecto \u201cRehabilitaci\u00f3n del Muelle de Pescadores de Puerto Morelos \u2013 Segunda Etapa\u201d contempla trabajos de infraestructura mar\u00edtima mediante un sistema constructivo de madera sobre pilotes.<\/p>\n<p>Detall\u00f3 que el objetivo es rehabilitar y reforzar la estructura del muelle mediante la sustituci\u00f3n de elementos deteriorados y la instalaci\u00f3n de nuevos componentes, con lo que se busca ampliar su vida \u00fatil.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, reiter\u00f3 que la participaci\u00f3n de la ciudadan\u00eda, a trav\u00e9s de estos comit\u00e9s, consolida un modelo de gesti\u00f3n transparente, cercano a la gente y enfocado en el desarrollo ordenado de Puerto Morelos.<\/p>\n<p>-0-0-0-0-0-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, a 21 de abril de 2026.\u2014 Como parte del compromiso con la transparencia y la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana, el gobierno municipal de Puerto Morelos llev\u00f3 a cabo la conformaci\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 de Contralor\u00eda Social que dar\u00e1 seguimiento a la obra de rehabilitaci\u00f3n del muelle de pescadores, en su segunda etapa.
