{"id":34627,"date":"2026-04-16T15:46:31","date_gmt":"2026-04-16T21:46:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=34627"},"modified":"2026-04-16T15:46:31","modified_gmt":"2026-04-16T21:46:31","slug":"fortalece-puerto-morelos-la-transparencia-con-capacitacion-en-declaraciones-patrimoniales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/fortalece-puerto-morelos-la-transparencia-con-capacitacion-en-declaraciones-patrimoniales\/","title":{"rendered":"FORTALECE PUERTO MORELOS LA TRANSPARENCIA CON CAPACITACI\u00d3N EN DECLARACIONES PATRIMONIALES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, a 16 de abril de 2026.\u2014 El gobierno de la presidenta Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, impulsa el cumplimiento de las obligaciones en materia de transparencia y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, por conducto del \u00d3rgano Interno de Control (OIC) llev\u00f3 a cabo la primera capacitaci\u00f3n dirigida a los Enlaces Generales de Declaraciones Patrimoniales, enfocada en los pasos a seguir para la correcta presentaci\u00f3n de la Declaraci\u00f3n Patrimonial y de Intereses en su modalidad de modificaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n, la titular del OIC, Leticia Ram\u00edrez Cetina, al dar la bienvenida a los asistentes, destac\u00f3 la importancia de reforzar los mecanismos que garanticen la legalidad y la transparencia en el ejercicio del servicio p\u00fablico, con estos cursos que ir\u00e1n siendo extensivos a los m\u00e1s de mil 100 trabajadores del Ayuntamiento de Puerto Morelos.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa instrucci\u00f3n precisa de nuestra presidenta Blanca Merari, es entregar cuentas claras a la ciudadan\u00eda que ha puesto la confianza en esta administraci\u00f3n, por ello, la correcta y oportuna declaraci\u00f3n patrimonial debe demostrar que cada servidor p\u00fablico tiene un gasto acorde al salario que percibe\u201d, mencion\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La capacitaci\u00f3n fue impartida por las jefas de \u00e1rea Miriam Casarrubias Maldonado y Leslie Vel\u00e1zquez Flores, quienes brindaron orientaci\u00f3n detallada sobre el proceso de llenado de la declaraci\u00f3n, haciendo \u00e9nfasis en los apartados m\u00e1s relevantes, los errores m\u00e1s comunes y las recomendaciones para su correcta captura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, subrayaron el papel fundamental que desempe\u00f1an los enlaces generales dentro de cada dependencia, al fungir como v\u00ednculo directo para informar, orientar y dar seguimiento al cumplimiento oportuno de esta obligaci\u00f3n administrativa por parte de las y los servidores p\u00fablicos de todos los niveles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recordaron, que la declaraci\u00f3n patrimonial es un informe obligatorio que los servidores p\u00fablicos federales, estatales y municipales presentan ante la Contralor\u00eda, detallando sus ingresos, bienes (inmuebles, veh\u00edculos), inversiones y adeudos. Su objetivo es verificar la congruencia entre el patrimonio y los ingresos, combatiendo la corrupci\u00f3n y previniendo conflictos de inter\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El curso incluy\u00f3 un espacio de participaci\u00f3n, donde las y los asistentes pudieron plantear dudas y recibir asesor\u00eda personalizada, fortaleciendo as\u00ed sus conocimientos y capacidades para replicar la informaci\u00f3n en sus respectivas \u00e1reas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ram\u00edrez Cetina indic\u00f3 que el OIC \u00d3rgano Interno de Control tiene una firma compromiso de trabajar en coordinaci\u00f3n con las distintas \u00e1reas del Ayuntamiento, en la cultura de legalidad, transparencia y responsabilidad en el ejercicio del servicio p\u00fablico, con la finalidad de lograr el cumplimiento total de las declaraciones patrimoniales dentro del plazo establecido en el mes de mayo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
