{"id":34613,"date":"2026-04-15T15:27:52","date_gmt":"2026-04-15T21:27:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=34613"},"modified":"2026-04-15T15:27:52","modified_gmt":"2026-04-15T21:27:52","slug":"fortalecemos-la-gobernabilidad-y-la-atencion-ciudadana-blanca-merari","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/fortalecemos-la-gobernabilidad-y-la-atencion-ciudadana-blanca-merari\/","title":{"rendered":"FORTALECEMOS LA GOBERNABILIDAD Y LA ATENCI\u00d3N CIUDADANA: BLANCA MERARI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 15 de abril de 2026.- En reuni\u00f3n encabezada por la presidenta municipal, Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, el secretario general del Ayuntamiento, Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Espinosa Pay\u00e1n, present\u00f3 el informe de acciones del primer trimestre, destacando avances en gobernabilidad, coordinaci\u00f3n institucional y atenci\u00f3n ciudadana.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cDesde la Secretar\u00eda General hemos privilegiado el di\u00e1logo, la coordinaci\u00f3n y el acercamiento con todos los sectores, garantizando una atenci\u00f3n eficiente a la ciudadan\u00eda\u201d, expres\u00f3 la alcaldesa.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En materia de gobernanza, se realizaron 11 sesiones de Cabildo \u2014entre ordinarias, extraordinarias y solemne\u2014, as\u00ed como un Cabildo Itinerante en Leona Vicario, fortaleciendo la cercan\u00eda con la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, se llevaron a cabo reuniones con sectores n\u00e1utico y hotelero, mesas de seguridad y encuentros con autoridades de los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno, consolidando la coordinaci\u00f3n para el desarrollo del municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En protecci\u00f3n civil, destacaron acciones durante el Carnaval 2026, la instalaci\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 de Incendios Forestales y la atenci\u00f3n a m\u00e1s de 150 prestadores de servicios y 800 establecimientos. El Cuerpo de Bomberos atendi\u00f3 224 reportes y reforz\u00f3 la cultura preventiva con el programa \u201cBomberos en tu Escuela\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Registro Civil realiz\u00f3 961 actos registrales y, mediante las Bodas Colectivas 2026, benefici\u00f3 a 23 parejas, adem\u00e1s de impulsar registros extempor\u00e1neos en coordinaci\u00f3n con el DIF municipal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, SIPINNA fortaleci\u00f3 la prevenci\u00f3n de las violencias con pl\u00e1ticas en escuelas como parte de la Estrategia Violeta mientras que los Juzgados Calificadores avanzaron en la implementaci\u00f3n del modelo de Justicia C\u00edvica mediante mesas de trabajo interdisciplinarias, que contemplan la implementaci\u00f3n de audiencias orales, mediaciones, conciliaciones y trabajo comunitario como mecanismos alternativos para la soluci\u00f3n de conflictos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Al cierre, la presidenta municipal convoc\u00f3 a seguir fortaleciendo el trabajo cercano a la ciudadan\u00eda, para garantizar bienestar, seguridad y desarrollo en Puerto Morelos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
