{"id":34292,"date":"2026-03-25T12:20:38","date_gmt":"2026-03-25T18:20:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=34292"},"modified":"2026-03-25T12:20:38","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T18:20:38","slug":"fortalece-blanca-merari-la-transparencia-y-rendicion-de-cuentas-en-puerto-morelos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/fortalece-blanca-merari-la-transparencia-y-rendicion-de-cuentas-en-puerto-morelos\/","title":{"rendered":"FORTALECE BLANCA MERARI LA TRANSPARENCIA Y RENDICI\u00d3N DE CUENTAS EN PUERTO MORELOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 25 de marzo de 2026.\u2014 En el marco de su agenda permanente de seguimiento a los resultados de gobierno, la presidenta municipal, Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, sostuvo una reuni\u00f3n de trabajo con la titular del \u00d3rgano Interno de Control (OIC), Mirna Leticia Ram\u00edrez Cetina, as\u00ed como con directores de las distintas \u00e1reas, quienes presentaron los avances del Plan de Trabajo 2026 en materia de desempe\u00f1o y buen gobierno.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el encuentro, realizado en v\u00edsperas del cierre del primer trimestre del a\u00f1o, se expusieron resultados concretos relacionados con el cierre de la Cuenta P\u00fablica 2025, auditor\u00edas al municipio, revisiones internas, acciones anticorrupci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como mecanismos de rendici\u00f3n de cuentas y transparencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este contexto, la presidenta municipal destac\u00f3 la importancia de mantener un gobierno abierto, ordenado y eficiente al servicio de la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEn Puerto Morelos trabajamos con responsabilidad y transparencia, garantizando que cada recurso p\u00fablico sea utilizado de manera correcta. Nuestro compromiso es claro: rendir cuentas y fortalecer la confianza de la ciudadan\u00eda en su gobierno\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como parte de los informes presentados, se dio a conocer que, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Tesorer\u00eda Municipal, se lleva a cabo una revisi\u00f3n exhaustiva de la informaci\u00f3n administrativa, contable y financiera correspondiente a la Cuenta P\u00fablica 2025, la cual ser\u00e1 remitida a la Auditor\u00eda Superior del Estado de Quintana Roo (ASEQROO) para su fiscalizaci\u00f3n. Destaca que, hasta el momento, el gobierno municipal mantiene un historial de cero observaciones en auditor\u00edas anteriores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, el OIC report\u00f3 avances en materia de control interno, incluyendo la implementaci\u00f3n de la Plataforma de Entrega-Recepci\u00f3n Gubernamental (PERGUB), que impulsa la modernizaci\u00f3n digital y fortalece los procesos administrativos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto a transparencia, se inform\u00f3 que el municipio cumple puntualmente con sus obligaciones ante la ciudadan\u00eda y los distintos \u00f3rdenes de gobierno, mediante la evaluaci\u00f3n constante del desempe\u00f1o, auditor\u00edas internas y la supervisi\u00f3n de obra p\u00fablica y adquisiciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De igual forma, se resaltaron programas como \u201cConoce a tu inspector\u201d y la Estrategia Anticorrupci\u00f3n Municipal, enfocados en vigilar el correcto desempe\u00f1o de las \u00e1reas operativas, prevenir irregularidades y erradicar posibles actos de corrupci\u00f3n mediante capacitaci\u00f3n, supervisi\u00f3n y auditor\u00edas permanentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Con estas acciones, el gobierno de Puerto Morelos reafirma su compromiso con la legalidad, la eficiencia administrativa y la construcci\u00f3n de un municipio transparente, que genera confianza y mejores resultados para sus habitantes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
