{"id":34282,"date":"2026-03-24T13:43:50","date_gmt":"2026-03-24T19:43:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=34282"},"modified":"2026-03-24T13:43:50","modified_gmt":"2026-03-24T19:43:50","slug":"avanza-puerto-morelos-en-la-planeacion-de-una-movilidad-sustentable-y-moderna-blanca-merari","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/avanza-puerto-morelos-en-la-planeacion-de-una-movilidad-sustentable-y-moderna-blanca-merari\/","title":{"rendered":"AVANZA PUERTO MORELOS EN LA PLANEACI\u00d3N DE UNA MOVILIDAD SUSTENTABLE Y MODERNA: BLANCA MERARI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo a 24 de marzo de 2026.- Con el prop\u00f3sito de sentar las bases del Programa Integral de Movilidad Urbana Sustentable (PIMUS) de Puerto Morelos, la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz encabez\u00f3 una reuni\u00f3n de coordinaci\u00f3n, con las instancias municipales que desarrollan el proyecto junto con el Instituto de Movilidad de Quintana Roo (IMOVEQROO) aline\u00e1ndose a la Ley General de Movilidad y Seguridad Vial en el Estado.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa calidad de vida de las personas y su bienestar son el centro de nuestras pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, que van de la mano con las implementadas por la gobernadora Mara Lezama en las que buscamos transformar la forma en que las personas de Puerto Morelos tengan un mejor desplazamiento por la geograf\u00eda municipal, con calles y rutas seguras\u201d, destac\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la exposici\u00f3n, el Urb. V\u00edctor R. Arag\u00f3n Madrigal, director general del IMPLAN, subray\u00f3 que el PIMUS es una hoja de ruta t\u00e9cnica indispensable frente a los retos inherentes al crecimiento y desarrollo urbano. Dicho programa dijo, permitir\u00e1 contar con una cartera de proyectos estrat\u00e9gicos dise\u00f1ada espec\u00edficamente para resolver los principales nodos y conflictos viales del municipio, con alcance tanto en Leona Vicario, Central Vallarta y Puerto Morelos como otras zonas del Municipio.<\/p>\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que, mediante el uso de tecnolog\u00eda de vanguardia como la microsimulaci\u00f3n (VISSIM) y modelos de planeaci\u00f3n de cuatro etapas, se podr\u00e1n predecir escenarios con horizontes al 2035 y 2045, asegurando que las obras de infraestructura resultantes sean soluciones eficientes y duraderas.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, Rolando L. Melo Novelo, secretario Municipal de Desarrollo Urbano y Ordenamiento Territorial, resalt\u00f3 la importancia de la certeza jur\u00eddica y la operatividad. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el PIMUS entregar\u00e1 informes de soporte que incluyen estrategias para la gesti\u00f3n de estacionamientos, log\u00edstica de tr\u00e1nsito y una armonizaci\u00f3n total con la legislaci\u00f3n estatal.<\/p>\n<p>Esto facultar\u00e1 a la administraci\u00f3n para ordenar el territorio con herramientas legales s\u00f3lidas y una coordinaci\u00f3n interinstitucional efectiva aumentando adem\u00e1s la posibilidad de procurar fondos p\u00fablicos como privados para proyectos relacionados con la movilidad.<\/p>\n<p>En tanto, Aimee Rodr\u00edguez Vivas, secretaria de Medio Ambiente, Bienestar Animal y Movilidad Sustentable, enfatiz\u00f3 el impacto social y humano del proyecto, ya que el programa se construir\u00e1 con la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana, adem\u00e1s de realizar un diagn\u00f3stico profundo con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero, analizando encuestas de origen-destino y de vida p\u00fablica, para brindar seguridad a todas y todos.<\/p>\n<p>La presidenta Blanca Merar\u00ed subray\u00f3 que objetivo central es democratizar el espacio p\u00fablico, priorizando la movilidad no motorizada y la seguridad del peat\u00f3n, para que el desarrollo de Puerto
