{"id":34257,"date":"2026-03-23T13:58:54","date_gmt":"2026-03-23T19:58:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=34257"},"modified":"2026-03-23T13:58:54","modified_gmt":"2026-03-23T19:58:54","slug":"puerto-morelos-fortalece-estrategias-de-bienestar-con-resultados-concretos-en-salud-y-atencion-social","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/puerto-morelos-fortalece-estrategias-de-bienestar-con-resultados-concretos-en-salud-y-atencion-social\/","title":{"rendered":"PUERTO MORELOS FORTALECE ESTRATEGIAS DE BIENESTAR CON RESULTADOS CONCRETOS EN SALUD Y ATENCI\u00d3N SOCIAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 23 de marzo de 2026.\u2014 Con el objetivo de fortalecer las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas orientadas al bienestar social, la presidenta municipal, Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, encabez\u00f3 una reuni\u00f3n de evaluaci\u00f3n y seguimiento de avances con la Secretar\u00eda Municipal de Bienestar, liderada por el secretario Alexander May Chi, as\u00ed como con directores de las distintas \u00e1reas de la dependencia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el encuentro se analizaron los resultados del primer trimestre del a\u00f1o y se definieron estrategias prioritarias para atender de manera eficiente las necesidades de la poblaci\u00f3n, especialmente en materia de salud, desarrollo social y atenci\u00f3n a grupos vulnerables.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cNuestro compromiso es claro: trabajar con sensibilidad y resultados para mejorar la calidad de vida de nuestras familias. Estas evaluaciones nos permiten ajustar estrategias y garantizar que los apoyos lleguen a quienes m\u00e1s lo necesitan\u201d, destac\u00f3 la presidenta municipal.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el secretario de Bienestar subray\u00f3 el enfoque integral de las acciones implementadas. \u201cEstamos consolidando un trabajo cercano a la gente, llevando servicios de salud, apoyos sociales y programas comunitarios a cada rinc\u00f3n del municipio, priorizando a quienes m\u00e1s lo requieren\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Alexander May Chi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre los principales avances, se inform\u00f3 la realizaci\u00f3n de cuatro jornadas m\u00e9dicas en comunidades rurales como Delirios, Central Vallarta y Zona Agr\u00edcola, as\u00ed como en el programa \u201cMi\u00e9rcoles Ciudadano\u201d, donde se brind\u00f3 atenci\u00f3n a 120 personas, incluyendo consultas con somatometr\u00eda, exploraci\u00f3n f\u00edsica y diagn\u00f3stico, adem\u00e1s de la entrega de m\u00e1s de 220 medicamentos del cuadro b\u00e1sico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, se llevaron a cabo jornadas adicionales en Central Vallarta, Coquitos, Regi\u00f3n 17 y en el domo de la colonia Zetina Gasca, reforzando la cobertura de servicios m\u00e9dicos en el municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En materia de salud p\u00fablica, destaca la instalaci\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 Municipal de Salud Mental y Adicciones (COMSA), con la participaci\u00f3n de 23 integrantes, quienes reafirmaron su compromiso de impulsar acciones preventivas y de atenci\u00f3n en este rubro. Tambi\u00e9n se efectuaron sesiones del Comit\u00e9 Municipal de Salud y del COMUPRA, donde se abordaron temas prioritarios como enfermedades transmitidas por vector, prevenci\u00f3n de la rabia y el panorama epidemiol\u00f3gico del sarampi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto a atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, se reportaron m\u00e1s de 2,000 consultas en los primeros meses de 2026, beneficiando a hombres, mujeres, ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes. En atenci\u00f3n dental, se brindaron 45 consultas en lo que va del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las acciones de promoci\u00f3n de la salud incluyeron pruebas de detecci\u00f3n oportuna (VIH, glucosa, hepatitis C y ant\u00edgeno prost\u00e1tico), beneficiando tanto a poblaci\u00f3n abierta como a trabajadores del sector hotelero, como Dreams, Excellence, Breathless y Hyatt Ziva, as\u00ed como brigadas comunitarias y la capacitaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 200 personas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el \u00e1mbito social, mediante las brigadas de \u201cAcercamiento Ciudadano\u201d, se han otorgado 437 apoyos directos, adem\u00e1s de realizar encuestas a 335 personas para identificar necesidades y ampliar la cobertura de programas sociales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Destaca tambi\u00e9n el impulso a programas como \u201cL\u00e1minas a bajo costo\u201d, que ha beneficiado a 119 familias en el municipio con la entrega de 3,478 l\u00e1minas, as\u00ed como la gesti\u00f3n de subsidios para biodigestores, tinacos y cisternas en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Congregaci\u00f3n Mariana Trinitaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, se reiter\u00f3 el trabajo coordinado con el programa IMSS-BIENESTAR, acercando servicios a personas sin seguridad social mediante m\u00f3dulos instalados en Puerto Morelos y Leona Vicario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con estas acciones, el gobierno municipal reafirma su compromiso de construir un municipio m\u00e1s justo, incluyente y orientado al bienestar de todas y todos los portomorelenses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Finalmente, la presidenta municipal expres\u00f3: \u201cEn Puerto Morelos seguiremos
