El encuentro cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno, acad\u00e9micos, colegios de profesionistas y representantes de la sociedad civil.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El secretario de Desarrollo Urbano y Ordenamiento Territorial, Rolando Melo Novelo, en su calidad de secretario t\u00e9cnico del Comit\u00e9, anunci\u00f3 que el proceso entrar\u00e1 en una etapa intensiva de participaci\u00f3n social, ya que se trata, de la ruta de crecimiento y conservaci\u00f3n ambiental que se establecer\u00e1 para los siguientes a\u00f1os del municipio m\u00e1s joven de Quintana Roo y una pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica que impulsa la presidenta Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;La intenci\u00f3n es realizar m\u00e1s talleres en Puerto Morelos, Leona Vicario y Central Vallarta. Queremos construir, de la mano de la ciudadan\u00eda, un modelo que resuelva problem\u00e1ticas socioambientales y promueva la conservaci\u00f3n de nuestros ecosistemas&#8221;, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, resalt\u00f3 que se estableci\u00f3 una hoja de ruta de cinco meses para consolidar la etapa final del Modelo de Ordenamiento Ecol\u00f3gico, instrumento que definir\u00e1 el uso de suelo, criterios ecol\u00f3gicos, l\u00edneas de acci\u00f3n y las pol\u00edticas ambientales del municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el director del Instituto Municipal de Planeaci\u00f3n (IMPLAN) V\u00edctor Arag\u00f3n Madrigal, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, durante la jornada, el equipo consultor present\u00f3 un resumen detallado de las fases de caracterizaci\u00f3n, diagn\u00f3stico y pron\u00f3stico, las cuales ya cuentan con la aprobaci\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la sesi\u00f3n se cont\u00f3 con la presencia del Dr. Jorge Alberto Calder\u00f3n Escand\u00f3n, director de Ordenamiento Ecol\u00f3gico de la SEMARNAT, quien particip\u00f3 de manera virtual y del Ing.
