Al inaugurar el restaurante \u201cChocolate Torteado\u201d, la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz afirm\u00f3 que el impulso a los comercios del municipio es una prioridad para su administraci\u00f3n, porque representan empleo, estabilidad y crecimiento para las familias.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Acompa\u00f1ada de los propietarios Fernando Poot Poot, Yanisle Dorante y Rodolfo Poot Poot, subray\u00f3 que cada negocio que abre sus puertas es una muestra de confianza en el municipio y una se\u00f1al clara de que Puerto Morelos sigue avanzando.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCuando una familia invierte aqu\u00ed, genera empleos aqu\u00ed y apuesta por nuestra tierra, merece todo nuestro respaldo. Consumir local no es solo una elecci\u00f3n, es una decisi\u00f3n que fortalece nuestra econom\u00eda y mantiene activa la vida comercial del municipio\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La alcaldesa destac\u00f3 que el gobierno municipal trabaja para crear condiciones que permitan a los emprendedores consolidarse, crecer y competir, entendiendo que una econom\u00eda fuerte comienza con negocios s\u00f3lidos.<\/p>\n<p>El restaurante \u201cChocolate Torteado\u201d rescata la tradici\u00f3n del chocolate amargo de la Pen\u00ednsula de Yucat\u00e1n, elaborado en tablilla como una tortilla de cacao, que se prepara con agua o leche seg\u00fan la preferencia del cliente. Su propuesta integra tambi\u00e9n platillos de la cocina regional, reforzando la identidad cultural y la oferta gastron\u00f3mica de Puerto Morelos.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, Fernando Poot Poot agradeci\u00f3 el acompa\u00f1amiento institucional y reiter\u00f3 el compromiso de ofrecer un espacio que honre las ra\u00edces de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCreemos en Puerto Morelos y en su gente.
