{"id":33388,"date":"2026-02-05T14:44:34","date_gmt":"2026-02-05T20:44:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=33388"},"modified":"2026-02-05T14:44:34","modified_gmt":"2026-02-05T20:44:34","slug":"gobierno-de-puerto-morelos-inicia-programa-de-capacitacion-total-2026-a-servidores-publicos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/gobierno-de-puerto-morelos-inicia-programa-de-capacitacion-total-2026-a-servidores-publicos\/","title":{"rendered":"GOBIERNO DE PUERTO MORELOS INICIA PROGRAMA DE CAPACITACI\u00d3N TOTAL 2026 A SERVIDORES P\u00daBLICOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 5 de febrero de 2026.\u2014 Con la participaci\u00f3n de 30 colaboradoras y colaboradores, la Direcci\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos del Ayuntamiento puso en marcha el Programa de Capacitaci\u00f3n Total 2026 con el curso \u201cDerechos de las Mujeres\u201d, impartido por Jessica Guerrero, instructora de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Quintana Roo, en el Sal\u00f3n de Cabildo del Palacio Municipal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El director de Recursos Humanos, Santos Juli\u00e1n Medina Cab, inform\u00f3 que, siguiendo las instrucciones de la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, con dicho ejercicio este a\u00f1o se tiene como meta realizar m\u00e1s de 45 cursos y talleres orientados a fortalecer las competencias laborales del personal de las distintas \u00e1reas, lo que se traducir\u00e1 en una atenci\u00f3n m\u00e1s eficiente y sensible hacia la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Detall\u00f3 que el \u00e1rea de Capacitaci\u00f3n, a cargo de Pablo Nicol\u00e1s Alvarado Crespo, analiza las solicitudes que hacen llegar las y los titulares de secretar\u00edas y direcciones, as\u00ed como las del propio personal, para definir los temas que se abordar\u00e1n en cada curso. El objetivo es que las y los servidores p\u00fablicos actualicen y ampl\u00eden sus conocimientos en materias t\u00e9cnicas, administrativas, de control interno y derechos humanos.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el curso, la instructora explic\u00f3 que los derechos de las mujeres \u201429 en total\u2014 forman parte de los derechos humanos universales e incluyen, entre otros, el derecho al trabajo, a la salud, a la educaci\u00f3n y al libre desarrollo personal. No obstante, centr\u00f3 su exposici\u00f3n en aquellos que con mayor frecuencia son vulnerados.<\/p>\n<p>En materia laboral, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que persisten desigualdades estructurales y pr\u00e1cticas discriminatorias que limitan el acceso de las mujeres a puestos de toma de decisiones. Situaciones similares se presentan en el acceso a la justicia, la educaci\u00f3n, la salud y el ejercicio de los derechos sexuales y reproductivos, especialmente en zonas rurales.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, destac\u00f3 que, en diversas regiones del pa\u00eds, principalmente rurales e ind\u00edgenas, las mujeres enfrentan condiciones de alta vulnerabilidad, pobreza extrema y pr\u00e1cticas que atentan contra su dignidad y derechos.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, subray\u00f3 la importancia de promover la igualdad sustantiva, entendida como la garant\u00eda de igualdad de oportunidades y la no discriminaci\u00f3n, a fin de enfrentar retos como la baja participaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica de las mujeres, la brecha salarial y la violencia de
