{"id":33376,"date":"2026-02-05T14:10:19","date_gmt":"2026-02-05T20:10:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=33376"},"modified":"2026-02-05T14:10:19","modified_gmt":"2026-02-05T20:10:19","slug":"nuestra-carta-magna-es-la-principal-herramienta-para-defender-los-derechos-y-fortalecer-la-democracia-blanca-merari","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/nuestra-carta-magna-es-la-principal-herramienta-para-defender-los-derechos-y-fortalecer-la-democracia-blanca-merari\/","title":{"rendered":"NUESTRA CARTA MAGNA ES LA PRINCIPAL HERRAMIENTA PARA DEFENDER LOS DERECHOS Y FORTALECER LA DEMOCRACIA: BLANCA MERARI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 5 de febrero de 2026.\u2014 En el marco del 109 Aniversario de la Promulgaci\u00f3n de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, autoridades municipales, educativas y comunidad estudiantil conmemoraron esta fecha hist\u00f3rica con un acto c\u00edvico realizado en el Colegio de Bachilleres de Puerto Morelos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante su mensaje, la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz subray\u00f3 la vigencia y trascendencia de la Constituci\u00f3n como base de la vida democr\u00e1tica del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cNuestra Constituci\u00f3n no solo es un marco jur\u00eddico; es un proyecto de naci\u00f3n que busca el bienestar, la justicia social y el desarrollo integral del pueblo. Conocerla nos permite respetarla, cumplirla, defenderla y promover los derechos que en ella se consagran\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La presidenta municipal record\u00f3 que el art\u00edculo tercero constitucional establece que la educaci\u00f3n debe ser democr\u00e1tica, entendiendo la democracia como un sistema de vida fundado en el constante mejoramiento econ\u00f3mico, social y cultural del pueblo, principios que siguen guiando la transformaci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, destac\u00f3 que la Constituci\u00f3n promulgada el 5 de febrero de 1917, redactada por 219 diputados constituyentes \u2014profesionistas y campesinos\u2014, rompi\u00f3 paradigmas al incorporar garant\u00edas sociales, particularmente en materia laboral y educativa, dot\u00e1ndola de un profundo sentido de justicia social y de un esp\u00edritu genuinamente patriota.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El documento fundamental del pa\u00eds est\u00e1 conformado por 136 art\u00edculos que establecen los derechos, las libertades y la forma de gobierno, sustentada en la divisi\u00f3n de poderes y en una federaci\u00f3n integrada por tres niveles de gobierno: municipios, estados y Federaci\u00f3n, siendo la principal herramienta de las y los ciudadanos para fortalecer la democracia y construir un mejor pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como parte del acto c\u00edvico, se rindieron honores a la bandera y el juramento estuvo a cargo del alumno Alejandro Cob Pat. Las efem\u00e9rides del mes de febrero fueron pronunciadas por la alumna Melani de la Cruz L\u00f3pez, mientras que se entonaron los himnos Nacional Mexicano y de Quintana Roo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La rese\u00f1a hist\u00f3rica fue presentada por el alumno Jorge Iv\u00e1n Dur\u00e1n Huacal, quien destac\u00f3 que la Constituci\u00f3n Mexicana integr\u00f3 derechos sociales adem\u00e1s de los individuales, marcando un antes y un despu\u00e9s en la historia constitucional del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al dar la bienvenida, Jorge Carlos Aguilar Rodr\u00edguez, director general del Colegio de Bachilleres del Estado de Quintana Roo, agradeci\u00f3 el respaldo de las autoridades municipales para el mantenimiento del plantel y reconoci\u00f3 el trabajo de la directiva y del personal docente por la excelencia acad\u00e9mica de las y los estudiantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el evento, autoridades municipales hicieron entrega de reconocimientos a 21 estudiantes con los mejores promedios, que van de 9.5 a 10, como incentivo al esfuerzo, la constancia y el desempe\u00f1o acad\u00e9mico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Estuvieron presentes Teresa de Dios Trinidad, presidenta del Comit\u00e9 de Padres de Familia; Jaqueline Ruiz Aguirre, directora de Servicios Municipales y Log\u00edsticos, Sara Eugenia S\u00e1nchez Canul directora del Instituto Municipal de Educaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como funcionarios municipales, personal docente.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>-0-0-0-0-0-<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 5 de febrero de 2026.\u2014 En el marco del 109 Aniversario de la Promulgaci\u00f3n de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, autoridades municipales, educativas y comunidad estudiantil conmemoraron esta fecha hist\u00f3rica con un acto c\u00edvico realizado en el Colegio de Bachilleres de Puerto Morelos.
