{"id":33050,"date":"2026-01-13T13:22:02","date_gmt":"2026-01-13T19:22:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=33050"},"modified":"2026-01-13T13:22:43","modified_gmt":"2026-01-13T19:22:43","slug":"agradece-blanca-merari-el-respaldo-de-los-contribuyentes-que-ya-pagaron-el-predial-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/agradece-blanca-merari-el-respaldo-de-los-contribuyentes-que-ya-pagaron-el-predial-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"AGRADECE BLANCA MERARI EL RESPALDO DE LOS CONTRIBUYENTES QUE YA PAGARON EL PREDIAL 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 13 de enero de 2026.\u2014 Luego de acudir a la Direcci\u00f3n de Ingresos de la Tesorer\u00eda Municipal para pagar el Impuesto Predial correspondiente al ejercicio fiscal 2026, la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz se manifest\u00f3 contenta y agradecida con los contribuyentes que han respondico al llamado para contribuir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cGracias al pago de sus impuestos,\u00a0 en particular del predial, que deben cubrir 22 mil contribuyentes registrados en el municipio, podemos garantizarles mejores servicios, obras de infraestructura y\u00a0 seguridad para su bienestar y el de sus familias\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido, record\u00f3 que, conforme a lo aprobado en por el Cabildo en su XXI Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria en apoyo a la econom\u00eda de las familias portomorelenses, a quienes acudan a pagar el predial correspondiente al presente ejercicio fiscal a m\u00e1s tardar el martes 30 de enero, se les otorgar\u00e1 un subsidio del 10 por ciento. Para quienes lo hagan del viernes 2 al martes 27 de febrero, la rebaja ser\u00e1 del 5 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Presidenta Municipal tambi\u00e9n apunt\u00f3 que, para los contribuyentes con discapacidad, credencial del Inapam o Insen, jubilados y pensionados, el descuento es del 50 por ciento, siempre que el inmueble sea casa-habitaci\u00f3n y su valor no exceda las 20 mil Unidades de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n (UMA), es decir, 2 millones 262 mil pesos al valor actual, cifra que a partir del 1 de febrero aumentar\u00e1 a 2 millones 346 mil 200 pesos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De la misma forma, apunt\u00f3 que el horario de atencion es de lunes a viernes, de 9 de la ma\u00f1ana a 4 de la tarde. Las cajas recaudadoras est\u00e1n instaladas en la planta baja del Edificio Oasis, frente al Palacio Municioal.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cAgradezco el trabajo de la Direcci\u00f3n de Ingresos de la Tesorer\u00eda, de Catastro y de todas las \u00e1reas involucradas, cuya labor fortalece las arcas municipales. Los portomorelenses pueden estar seguros de que sus impuestos les ser\u00e1n reembolsados con obras y mejores servicios\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Por \u00faltimo, coment\u00f3 que con mejores servicios de seguridad, alumbrado p\u00fablico y calles transitables su gobierno contribuye al bienestar de las familias, pero tambi\u00e9n avanza en la construcci\u00f3n de un mejor futuro para Puerto Morelos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
