{"id":32989,"date":"2026-01-09T15:30:46","date_gmt":"2026-01-09T21:30:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=32989"},"modified":"2026-01-09T15:30:46","modified_gmt":"2026-01-09T21:30:46","slug":"puerto-morelos-comprometido-con-la-implementacion-del-modelo-homologado-de-justicia-civica-afirma-blanca-merari","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/puerto-morelos-comprometido-con-la-implementacion-del-modelo-homologado-de-justicia-civica-afirma-blanca-merari\/","title":{"rendered":"PUERTO MORELOS, COMPROMETIDO CON LA IMPLEMENTACI\u00d3N DEL MODELO HOMOLOGADO DE JUSTICIA C\u00cdVICA, AFIRMA BLANCA MERARI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>*Se reuni\u00f3 con el secretario de Seguridad Ciudadana, Julio C\u00e9sar G\u00f3mez Torres, para conocer avances y acordar acciones referentes al nuevo modelo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 9 de enero de 2026.\u2014 La presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz ratific\u00f3 su compromiso con la implementaci\u00f3n del Modelo Homologado de Justicia C\u00edvica, cuyos avances se presentaron durante una reuni\u00f3n con el secretario de Seguridad Ciudadana del Estado, Julio C\u00e9sar G\u00f3mez Torres.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido, dijo que el nuevo modelo permitir\u00e1 cuidar m\u00e1s los procesos y, anunci\u00f3 que este a\u00f1o junto con la gobernadora Mara Lezama Espinosa, colocar\u00e1 la primera piedra de las nuevas instalaciones de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Han sido meses de trabajo tit\u00e1nico, pero logramos avances en la implementaci\u00f3n del nuevo modelo que impulsa la gobernadora Lezama Espinosa. Ya me han dado a conocer las necesidades y, para empezar, haremos algo en las instalaciones que tenemos, pero tambi\u00e9n buscaremos un mejor espacio&#8221;, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Presidenta Municipal, quien estuvo acompa\u00f1ada por los secretarios del Ayuntamiento y de Seguridad Ciudadana del municipio, explic\u00f3 que la reuni\u00f3n realizada en la Sala de Juntas del Palacio Municipal fue para fortalecer y coordinar el trabajo con la voluntad necesaria para salir adelante. Adem\u00e1s, hizo un reconocimiento a las seis titulares de los juzgados c\u00edvicos, quienes han mostrado disposici\u00f3n y compromiso para sacar adelante este proyecto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el secretario G\u00f3mez Torres confirm\u00f3 la \u201cextraordinaria coordinaci\u00f3n\u201d encontrada en Puerto Morelos para avanzar en la implementaci\u00f3n del Modelo Homologado y reiter\u00f3 el compromiso de preservar la paz y seguridad en beneficio de los ciudadanos portomorelenses y para seguir avanzando en renglones como la disminuci\u00f3n de homicidios dolosos, que en 2025 bajaron casi 57%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, destac\u00f3 que en Puerto Morelos no solo hay cambios estructurales y la instalaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s c\u00e1maras de videovigilancia sino, tambi\u00e9n se invierte en m\u00e1s polic\u00edas, a quienes se pagan mejores salarios. \u201cEn Quintana Roo vamos bien en materia de seguridad\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El funcionario destac\u00f3 que en menos de un a\u00f1o se sentaron las bases para implementar el nuevo modelo de justicia c\u00edvica, el cual trascender\u00e1 a la actual administraci\u00f3n estatal, y dijo que conf\u00eda en que este a\u00f1o continuar\u00e1n el trabajo arduo, la colaboraci\u00f3n, inter\u00e9s y suma de voluntades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la reuni\u00f3n, Joel Francisco Su\u00e1rez G\u00f3ngora, coordinador del Proyecto de Fortalecimiento del Modelo de Justicia C\u00edvica en Quintana Roo, junto con su equipo de trabajo, present\u00f3 los avances en su implementaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido, se expusieron los resultados de un diagn\u00f3stico previo, la metodolog\u00eda empleada, el estado del proceso de justicia c\u00edvica y la conciliaci\u00f3n y los talleres impartidos a las juezas, al igual que la ruta a seguir en el 2026.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Se hizo hincapi\u00e9 en que ya se cuenta con un Proyecto de Reglamento de Justicia C\u00edvica, el cual deber\u00e1 ser aprobado por el Cabildo para que entre en vigor; una vez aprobado, se lograr\u00e1 un gran avance en la implementaci\u00f3n del Modelo Homologado de Justicia C\u00edvica, pues ya se tendr\u00e1n todos los procedimientos definidos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Al t\u00e9rmino de la reuni\u00f3n se entregaron reconocimientos a cada una de las seis titulares de los Juzgados
