{"id":32862,"date":"2026-01-01T12:10:27","date_gmt":"2026-01-01T18:10:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=32862"},"modified":"2026-01-01T12:10:27","modified_gmt":"2026-01-01T18:10:27","slug":"supervisa-blanca-merari-obras-del-programa-de-infraestructura-de-playas-en-puerto-morelos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/supervisa-blanca-merari-obras-del-programa-de-infraestructura-de-playas-en-puerto-morelos\/","title":{"rendered":"SUPERVISA BLANCA MERARI OBRAS DEL PROGRAMA DE INFRAESTRUCTURA DE PLAYAS EN PUERTO MORELOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 1 de enero de 2026.\u2014 La presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz supervis\u00f3 los trabajos de rehabilitaci\u00f3n, construcci\u00f3n y mejoramiento de infraestructura estrat\u00e9gica que se llevan a cabo en las playas del municipio.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Durante el recorrido, la alcaldesa destac\u00f3 que estas acciones forman parte de una estrategia integral orientada a fortalecer la seguridad, funcionalidad, servicios tur\u00edsticos e imagen urbana del destino, mediante espacios p\u00fablicos dignos y seguros tanto para las y los portomorelenses como para quienes visitan el municipio.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cNuestras playas son uno de los principales activos de Puerto Morelos. Por ello, invertimos en infraestructura funcional, segura y acorde con el entorno, que permita mejorar la atenci\u00f3n al turista y brindar mayor protecci\u00f3n a quienes acuden todos los d\u00edas\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Blanca Merari record\u00f3 que la inversi\u00f3n total destinada a estas obras asciende a 996 mil 689 pesos. El proyecto contempla la reparaci\u00f3n de torres de salvavidas, la construcci\u00f3n de un m\u00f3dulo m\u00f3vil de informaci\u00f3n tipo Ventana al Mar y la edificaci\u00f3n de un andador con estructura de madera y caseta de vigilancia elevada, utilizando materiales de alta durabilidad sometidos a tratamientos especiales para ambientes costeros.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas, Mario Salinas Castro, explic\u00f3 que los trabajos se ejecutan bajo criterios t\u00e9cnicos que garantizan resistencia a la humedad, salinidad y dem\u00e1s condiciones propias del entorno marino.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEstamos utilizando materiales tratados y sistemas constructivos adecuados para zonas costeras, lo que permitir\u00e1 prolongar la vida \u00fatil de la infraestructura y ofrecer espacios m\u00e1s seguros y funcionales\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>El funcionario detall\u00f3 que se realiza la reparaci\u00f3n integral de la torre de salvavidas de Playa Sol, que incluye la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de barandales, escaleras y elementos estructurales de madera; colocaci\u00f3n de chambranas; rehabilitaci\u00f3n del piso con recubrimiento de caucho antiderrapante; instalaci\u00f3n de huellas de seguridad, banca fija y aplicaci\u00f3n de tratamiento protector con acabado natural.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, se construye el M\u00f3dulo Informativo Ventana al Mar, con estructura met\u00e1lica tipo PTR, pisos, muros, techumbre, ventanas y puerta, adem\u00e1s de ruedas tipo tr\u00e1iler para su movilidad, sistema de arrastre reforzado y acabados en madera y metal.<\/p>\n<p>De igual forma, se trabaja en el Andador Arrope Gradas de Fondo, donde se realizar\u00e1 la cimentaci\u00f3n y la construcci\u00f3n de una estructura trapezoidal de cinco metros de altura, con base de madera de zapote tratada, caseta de vigilancia elevada, barandales de seguridad, techumbre a cuatro aguas con cubierta vegetal, escaleras de acceso, pisos antiderrapantes y bancas perimetrales, todo ello con tratamiento integral contra humedad e insectos.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>\u201cFortalecer la infraestructura tur\u00edstica significa brindar mayor protecci\u00f3n y confianza a quienes visitan y disfrutan nuestras playas, as\u00ed como reforzar la buena imagen de Puerto Morelos como un destino de talla mundial\u201d, finaliz\u00f3 Blanca Merari.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>-0-0-0-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 1 de enero de 2026.\u2014 La presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz supervis\u00f3 los trabajos de rehabilitaci\u00f3n, construcci\u00f3n y mejoramiento de infraestructura estrat\u00e9gica que se llevan a cabo en las playas del municipio.
