{"id":32305,"date":"2025-11-28T14:06:40","date_gmt":"2025-11-28T20:06:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=32305"},"modified":"2025-11-28T14:06:40","modified_gmt":"2025-11-28T20:06:40","slug":"fortalece-puerto-morelos-entornos-de-proteccion-para-la-ninez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/fortalece-puerto-morelos-entornos-de-proteccion-para-la-ninez\/","title":{"rendered":"FORTALECE PUERTO MORELOS ENTORNOS DE PROTECCI\u00d3N PARA LA NI\u00d1EZ"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo a 28 de noviembre de 2025.- La protecci\u00f3n y promoci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes es una responsabilidad compartida entre familias, instituciones y comunidad, por ello, el gobierno de la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz impulsa la capacitaci\u00f3n del personal del Centro de Asistencial del Desarrollo Infantil (CADI) \u201cEl Principito\u201d, inform\u00f3 el director de Recursos Humanos Santos Juli\u00e1n Medina Cab.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cNuestras educadoras desempe\u00f1an un papel fundamental al garantizar que cada ni\u00f1a y ni\u00f1o se desarrolle en un ambiente seguro, respetuoso y estimulante, la capacitaci\u00f3n en derechos humanos se convierte en una herramienta esencial para fortalecer pr\u00e1cticas pedag\u00f3gicas y de cuidado que reconozcan la dignidad y el valor de cada menor\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La instrucci\u00f3n fue impartida por Jessica Guerrero de la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Derechos Humanos de Quintana Roo (CEDHQROO), a las 10 maestras del plantel, a quienes se\u00f1al\u00f3 la importancia como servidores p\u00fablicos de velar por la integridad de las y los ni\u00f1os, previniendo actos de violencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se abordaron temas esenciales para fortalecer la labor de las educadoras, entre los cuales destacan: los principios rectores de la Convenci\u00f3n sobre los Derechos de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, el inter\u00e9s superior del ni\u00f1o, no discriminaci\u00f3n, supervivencia y desarrollo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Destac\u00f3, que hay una obligaci\u00f3n como funcionarios p\u00fablicos de identificar se\u00f1ales de riesgo, maltrato, negligencia o vulneraci\u00f3n de derechos, y denunciar ante las autoridades competentes, as\u00ed como abrir rutas de acci\u00f3n institucional. Adem\u00e1s de trabajar en ambientes seguros y afectivos con pr\u00e1cticas educativas basadas en el respeto, la empat\u00eda y el acompa\u00f1amiento positivo, libres de violencia y castigos degradantes.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLas educadoras est\u00e1n en contacto directo con la primera infancia, una etapa crucial para el desarrollo emocional, social y cognitivo. Contar con conocimientos s\u00f3lidos en derechos humanos permite identificar necesidades, prevenir vulneraciones y responder de manera adecuada ante situaciones de riesgo\u201d, reiter\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jessica Guerrero, puntualiz\u00f3 que la capacitaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 basada en marcos normativos nacionales e internacionales que reconocen a la ni\u00f1ez como sujetos de derechos, no solo como receptoras de atenci\u00f3n, lo que genera mayor confianza con las familias, quienes reconocen el compromiso institucional con la protecci\u00f3n y el desarrollo integral de sus hijos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, la maestra Eva Cabrera en representaci\u00f3n de la directora Diana Carolina Ahua Azcorra agradeci\u00f3 la asistencia al curso y a las autoridades por fomentar el conocimiento para prestar un mejor servicio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Finalmente, el titular de Recursos Humanos, Juli\u00e1n Medina Cab dijo que la capacitaci\u00f3n no es solo un requisito formativo, sino un compromiso \u00e9tico con el desarrollo pleno de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y
