{"id":32290,"date":"2025-11-27T13:56:45","date_gmt":"2025-11-27T19:56:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=32290"},"modified":"2025-11-27T13:56:45","modified_gmt":"2025-11-27T19:56:45","slug":"asume-puerto-morelos-el-combate-frontal-a-las-adicciones-blanca-merari","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/asume-puerto-morelos-el-combate-frontal-a-las-adicciones-blanca-merari\/","title":{"rendered":"ASUME PUERTO MORELOS EL COMBATE FRONTAL A LAS ADICCIONES: BLANCA MERARI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 27 de noviembre de 2025.\u2014 \u201cLas adicciones, ya sea aquellas que afectan la salud mental o f\u00edsica, deben llevarnos a reflexionar profundamente sobre la urgencia de prevenirlas y combatirlas, pero tambi\u00e9n sobre la clase de sociedad que estamos construyendo\u201d, afirm\u00f3 la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz al encabezar la instalaci\u00f3n y toma de protesta del Comit\u00e9 Municipal de Salud Mental y Adicciones (COMSA).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el evento, la primera autoridad municipal destac\u00f3 que la conformaci\u00f3n de este comit\u00e9 representa un paso firme hacia el dise\u00f1o de estrategias que atiendan de manera frontal esta problem\u00e1tica creciente. Subray\u00f3 que el COMSA trabajar\u00e1 de manera coordinada con instituciones p\u00fablicas, privadas y sociales para generar un diagn\u00f3stico integral y, con base en estad\u00edsticas precisas, emprender acciones claras de prevenci\u00f3n y combate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Explic\u00f3 que se instaurar\u00e1n mesas de trabajo que aportar\u00e1n informaci\u00f3n clave para construir estrategias, proponer soluciones y ejecutar acciones en favor de la salud mental y la prevenci\u00f3n de adicciones entre las y los portomorelenses, especialmente adolescentes y j\u00f3venes.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cHoy m\u00e1s que nunca, los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno y la sociedad organizada debemos cerrar filas para dise\u00f1ar, promover y atender programas que fortalezcan la salud mental y prevengan adicciones al tabaco, alcohol y sustancias psicotr\u00f3picas. Pero tambi\u00e9n debemos ser conscientes de nuevas adicciones que surgen en nuestro entorno, como las relacionadas con redes sociales, computadoras, tel\u00e9fonos inteligentes y juegos con apuestas\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Presidenta Municipal llam\u00f3 a reflexionar sobre las ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os que crecen desde edad temprana con un dispositivo electr\u00f3nico en la mano, y sobre j\u00f3venes que se vuelven dependientes del alcohol, tabaco y otras sustancias. A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que la violencia intrafamiliar tambi\u00e9n es un detonante que, en muchos casos, deriva en adicciones entre menores que crecen en ambientes inestables. Por ello, enfatiz\u00f3 la importancia de que las dependencias representadas en el COMSA trabajen de manera conjunta, desde el n\u00facleo familiar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, Alexander May Chi, secretario de Bienestar, apunt\u00f3 que el COMSA nace con el objetivo de promover estilos de vida saludables y fortalecer la coordinaci\u00f3n entre autoridades municipales y organismos de los sectores p\u00fablico, social y privado para impulsar programas de promoci\u00f3n, prevenci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n a la salud mental y al consumo de sustancias psicoactivas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que, mediante las instancias competentes, el comit\u00e9 vigilar\u00e1 el cumplimiento de la regulaci\u00f3n sanitaria y la venta de bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas, productos de tabaco y otras sustancias en el municipio. Del mismo modo, coadyuvar\u00e1 al fortalecimiento de los servicios de prevenci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n en salud mental y consumo de sustancias, mediante estrategias y l\u00edneas de acci\u00f3n definidas de forma conjunta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A su vez, la directora municipal de Salud, Sara Nohem\u00ed Rodr\u00edguez Torres, confirm\u00f3 que el comit\u00e9 trabajar\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de diversas mesas con la participaci\u00f3n de distintas instancias para dise\u00f1ar acciones que fortalezcan la salud mental y la prevenci\u00f3n de adicciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las mesas de trabajo contempladas son: Prevenci\u00f3n de la Salud Mental y Adicciones; Tratamiento de Adicciones; Normatividad de Salud Mental y Adicciones; y Capacitaci\u00f3n e Investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En el acto, donde tambi\u00e9n se firm\u00f3 el Acta de Instalaci\u00f3n del COMSA, participaron Alejandro Buenrostro Le\u00f3n, director fundador de CRAADIR A.C.; Maritza Yissel Mendoza Cruz y Marian Alejandra Itz\u00e1 Lizama, responsables estatales de los programas de Salud Mental y contra las Adicciones; Leslie Valerie Pech Vite, responsable jurisdiccional del Programa de Adicciones; as\u00ed como regidores, secretarios, directores municipales y otros asistentes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p
