{"id":32187,"date":"2025-11-18T17:22:55","date_gmt":"2025-11-18T23:22:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=32187"},"modified":"2025-11-18T17:22:55","modified_gmt":"2025-11-18T23:22:55","slug":"aprueba-cabildo-iniciar-gestiones-ante-el-infonavit-para-dar-de-alta-a-los-trabajadores-del-ayuntamiento-de-puerto-morelos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/aprueba-cabildo-iniciar-gestiones-ante-el-infonavit-para-dar-de-alta-a-los-trabajadores-del-ayuntamiento-de-puerto-morelos\/","title":{"rendered":"APRUEBA CABILDO INICIAR GESTIONES ANTE EL INFONAVIT PARA DAR DE ALTA A LOS TRABAJADORES DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE PUERTO MORELOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 18 de noviembre de 2025.\u2014 En el marco de su XVIII Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria, el Cabildo aprob\u00f3 un acuerdo para iniciar las gestiones necesarias que permitan garantizar a las y los trabajadores municipales su derecho efectivo a una vivienda digna.<\/p>\n<p>Con ese prop\u00f3sito, se autoriz\u00f3 a la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz; al s\u00edndico Carlo Fonseca Le\u00f3n; al oficial mayor Rodrigo Andr\u00e9s Ru\u00edz \u00c1lvarez, y al director general de Asuntos Jur\u00eddicos, Jair Hern\u00e1ndez Castillo, a realizar\u2014de manera conjunta o individual\u2014las gestiones administrativas necesarias para celebrar un instrumento jur\u00eddico con el Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (Infonavit), que garantice dicha prestaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, se dio visto bueno al acuerdo mediante el cual, el pasado 17 de octubre, se aprob\u00f3 en la Segunda Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico del Fideicomiso de Saneamiento Ambiental la segunda modificaci\u00f3n al Programa de Inversi\u00f3n Anual (PIA) del municipio para el presente ejercicio fiscal, incluyendo obras y montos.<\/p>\n<p>La Presidenta Municipal y los regidores recordaron que, para el segundo Programa Operativo Anual (POA) 2025, se autoriz\u00f3 la compra de dos camionetas, una gr\u00faa hidr\u00e1ulica de 17 metros de altura, drones para el \u00e1rea de monitoreo de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana, obras del Parque Lineal en la supermanzana 19, un proyecto museogr\u00e1fico y una reserva para el Fondo de Contingencia.<\/p>\n<p>Previamente, en la XXXIV Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria, se acord\u00f3 someter a consideraci\u00f3n de la XVIII Legislatura la iniciativa de la Ley de Ingresos del Municipio de Puerto Morelos para el ejercicio fiscal 2026.<\/p>\n<p>-0-0-0-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 18 de noviembre de 2025.\u2014 En el marco de su XVIII Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria, el Cabildo aprob\u00f3 un acuerdo para iniciar las gestiones necesarias que permitan garantizar a las y los trabajadores municipales su derecho efectivo a una vivienda digna.
