{"id":32037,"date":"2025-11-04T14:36:18","date_gmt":"2025-11-04T20:36:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=32037"},"modified":"2025-11-04T14:36:18","modified_gmt":"2025-11-04T20:36:18","slug":"asesoran-a-trabajadores-de-puerto-morelos-sobre-el-manejo-de-su-afore","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/asesoran-a-trabajadores-de-puerto-morelos-sobre-el-manejo-de-su-afore\/","title":{"rendered":"ASESORAN A TRABAJADORES DE PUERTO MORELOS SOBRE EL MANEJO DE SU AFORE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo a 4 de noviembre de 2025.- La Direcci\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos (RH) del Ayuntamiento de Puerto Morelos coordin\u00f3 un taller dirigido a los trabajadores de la administraci\u00f3n municipal e impartido por la empresa H3GA Seguros y Pensiones, dio a conocer el titular del \u00e1rea Juli\u00e1n Medina Cab, con el prop\u00f3sito de que los colaboradores puedan obtener el mejor provecho del ahorro que a lo largo de su vida laboral han obtenido.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEs importante que todos los trabajadores conozcan cu\u00e1l es su situaci\u00f3n de fondo de ahorro para su retiro y que mejor hacerlo a trav\u00e9s de la asesor\u00eda de profesionales que pueden orientarlos a garantizar su pensi\u00f3n digna\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Medina Cab.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el jefe de \u00c1rea de Capacitaci\u00f3n de RH, Pablo Alvarado Crespo indic\u00f3 que la instrucci\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo en la Sala de Juntas del Palacio Municipal, que reuni\u00f3 a 35 empleados de diferentes dependencias interesados en la asesor\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El taller fue impartido por Ana Luisa Victoria Hern\u00e1ndez Garc\u00eda quien refiri\u00f3 que, en M\u00e9xico, cerca del 70 por ciento de los adultos mayores no reciben una pensi\u00f3n y en muchos casos es porque desconocen qu\u00e9 hacer para lograr una seguridad social a su retiro laboral. De igual forma dijo, que es importante conocer las modificaciones de Ley que se ha llevado a cabo en materia de pensiones para conocer si afectan la jubilaci\u00f3n de cada trabajador.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Resalt\u00f3, la importancia de conocer el monto de AFORE de manera individual para poder desarrollar un plan de retiro personalizado, adem\u00e1s de conocer las instituciones que protegen al trabajador para asegurar una jubilaci\u00f3n digna, como son : la Consar (Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Ahorro para el Retiro); Amafore (Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Afores) y Condusef (Comisi\u00f3n Nacional para la Protecci\u00f3n y Defensa de los usuarios de los Servicios Financieros).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Por \u00faltimo, el titular de Capacitaci\u00f3n de RH Pablo Alvarado, dijo que hay un compromiso del gobierno de la presidenta Blanca Merari de velar por el bienestar de las y los trabajadores de la administraci\u00f3n, por lo que este tipo de asesor\u00edas los encaminan a tomar acciones que favorezcan un futuro estable para sus familias.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
