Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 20 de octubre de 2025.– Por tercer a\u00f1o consecutivo, el gobierno de Puerto Morelos se somete a una evaluaci\u00f3n basada en la Gu\u00eda Consultiva de Desempe\u00f1o Municipal, a fin de contar con un municipio con las mejores pr\u00e1cticas administrativas, bases s\u00f3lidas y herramientas que beneficien a las y los ciudadanos, manifest\u00f3 la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La Gu\u00eda, destac\u00f3, es instrumentada por el Instituto Nacional para el Federalismo y el Desarrollo Municipal (INAFED). Los m\u00e1s de dos mil 400 municipios del pa\u00eds pueden solicitar su evaluaci\u00f3n, que incluye 115 indicadores contenidos en ocho m\u00f3dulos, para mejorar sus pr\u00e1cticas administrativas.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s del INAFED, la administraci\u00f3n estatal participa por medio de la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas y Planeaci\u00f3n (Sefiplan), siendo la Universidad Intercultural de Quintana Roo el ente que revisa y eval\u00faa las pr\u00e1cticas administrativas.<\/p>\n

\u201cLa Gu\u00eda facilita el cumplimiento de nuestros objetivos, nos ayuda de manera extraordinaria para identificar \u00e1reas de mejora y realizar los ajustes necesarios para elevar la calidad de los servicios que ofrecemos a los ciudadanos\u201d, agreg\u00f3 la Presidenta Municipal.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

En ese sentido, coment\u00f3 que en el marco de esta revisi\u00f3n 2025, hay que reconocer a las y los secretarios y directores, quienes se esfuerzan por ser mejores servidores p\u00fablicos y dar respuesta pronta a los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, el Secretario T\u00e9cnico y de Gabinete, Pedro Guti\u00e9rrez Varela, apunt\u00f3 que el objetivo con la incorporaci\u00f3n a este programa federal es que Puerto Morelos pueda cumplir de la mejor manera las facultades y obligaciones que establece el art\u00edculo 115 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos en relaci\u00f3n con la prestaci\u00f3n de los servicios p\u00fablicos y la funci\u00f3n policial.<\/p>\n

Destac\u00f3 que atr\u00e1s de cada solicitud ciudadana atendida, como el alumbrado p\u00fablico o la reparaci\u00f3n de calles, previamente siempre hay una serie de actos administrativos que casi nadie ve, los cuales est\u00e1n a cargo de las y los funcionarios, directores, analistas, coordinadores, jefes de \u00e1rea y de departamento, por lo cual el concitado personal d\u00eda a d\u00eda requiere una mayor capacitaci\u00f3n y especializaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

De acuerdo con el funcionario, en eso reside el valor de la Gu\u00eda Consultiva de Desempe\u00f1o Municipal, que tambi\u00e9n ayuda a reducir la curva de aprendizaje de las administraciones municipales, procurando siempre la eficacia y eficiencia, es decir, alcanzar el mejor resultado posible con el menor recurso humano y financiero.<\/p>\n

Finalmente, la Mtra. Juanita Jim\u00e9nez Jim\u00e9nez, enlace con la Universidad Intercultural de Quintana Roo, dijo que Puerto Morelos es el octavo municipio que se verificar\u00e1 este a\u00f1o en el Estado, donde llevan 15 a\u00f1os como instancia de verificadora.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, anunci\u00f3 que la Universidad abri\u00f3 la Licenciatura en Administraci\u00f3n y Gesti\u00f3n Municipal, dise\u00f1ada para profesionalizar a los servidores p\u00fablicos, la cual es totalmente virtual y tiene una duraci\u00f3n de tres a\u00f1os.<\/strong><\/p>\n
