primeros lugares en el cumplimiento de rendici\u00f3n de cuentas y transparencia de acuerdo con los nuevos sistemas y procesos implementados desde el gobierno de Quintana Roo para el uso de la Plataforma de Entrega Recepci\u00f3n Gubernamental (PERGUB) al concluir la instrucci\u00f3n en el 100 por ciento de las unidades administrativas, afirm\u00f3 la titular del \u00d3rgano Interno de Control (OIC) Leticia Ram\u00edrez Cetina.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa transparencia y la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas en el gobierno de la presidenta Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz no tienen concesiones, por ello, trabajamos para dar claridad al manejo de los recursos, y acciones a trav\u00e9s de los mecanismos de regulaci\u00f3n que est\u00e1n estipulados en las leyes desde la federaci\u00f3n, el estado y por su puesto los reglamentos municipales\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Ram\u00edrez Cetina.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, Luz Jhannel Silva Salas directora de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, Desarrollo Administrativo y Contralor\u00eda Social indic\u00f3 que un total de 266 empleados de 133 unidades administrativas fueron capacitados en el uso y funcionamiento del Sistema PERGUB luego de haber signado un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n con la Auditor\u00eda Superior del Estado y la Secretar\u00eda Anticorrupci\u00f3n y Buen Gobierno el pasado mes de abril.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La implementaci\u00f3n se dio en dos fases: la primera, dirigida a los titulares de las Unidades Administrativas como enlaces generales y enlaces capturistas con el prop\u00f3sito de mantener vigente la informaci\u00f3n y adecuar los procesos de Entrega Recepci\u00f3n Individual conforme a los requerimientos de la Ley de Entrega y Recepci\u00f3n de los Poderes P\u00fablicos, Ayuntamientos, \u00d3rganos P\u00fablicos Aut\u00f3nomos y de las Entidades de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica Paraestatal del Estado de Quintana Roo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPara la administraci\u00f3n es importante estar libres de observaciones por ello, se explic\u00f3 a las y los funcionarios quienes son sujetos obligados a estos procedimientos, cu\u00e1les son las posibles sanciones en caso de no cumplir con la totalidad de integraci\u00f3n del expediente\u201d, detall\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La segunda fase, consisti\u00f3 en una jornada de talleres de captura sobre la informaci\u00f3n que debe subirse a la plataforma PERGUB, para la cual se entregaron contrase\u00f1as y cartas responsivas a los titulares, enlaces generales y capturistas, para que iniciaran el proceso de alimentar con informaci\u00f3n actualizada y transparente de las acciones del municipio.<\/p>\n<p>Luz Jhannel titular de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica abund\u00f3 que ser\u00e1 en el mes de noviembre cuando inicie la supervisi\u00f3n de la carga de informaci\u00f3n y verificaci\u00f3n de la misma sobre los recursos humanos, materiales, financieros, de archivo y otros que deban subir a la Plataforma.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, Leticia Ram\u00edrez Cetina titular del OIC reiter\u00f3 que la instrucci\u00f3n de la presidenta Blanca Merari es ser un gobierno de puertas abiertas y totalmente transparente para seguir generando confianza a las y los
